Background video is not supported with the slider yet. You can use it as a hero background video or a single video in the slider. But if you want to use it as background in the slider you could do it only with 3rd party sliders like Revolution Slider.

I found two problems:
1) The option “Show or hide admin bar on the front-end.” does not work. I toggled it a lot of time, but Admin Bar is still showing. 2) On Firefox, the top menu is not showing properly. I could attach you an image if you say me an email.

1, I wanted to give an option to turn on/off the admin bar on the front-end, but it turned out WordPress doesn’t allow to do that. It seems like I forgot to remove the controls with the function from customizer, but it will be fixed in the next update.

1. Ok. 2. It seem it is just a problem with old version of firefox. I was trying with firefox 52. If you open your demo site with that verion or firefox, you will directly see the problem on the menu.
I also discovered that the option “Give the author credit.” is not working if deactivated.

Thanks so much! I’m definitely planning to add a pricing table component in the future, but I’m not sure when will be available. You can create a pricing table with Visual Composer though without a component or there are plugins out there for Visual Composer that has a pricing table component like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/pricing-tables-for-visual-composer/

I am getting a Error: Gateway Timeout (504) when I try to use the One click import of the Agency layout. All of my PHP vars. are set except the Max Execution (which is set at 120s by my host, Siteground, and cant be changed). Any chance I can get a direct download link?

Hi, thank you for purchasing my theme. I’m sorry to hear that, can you let me know where did you get this? Is it a fresh WordPress install? Do you have other plugins activated? You can try deactivate your plugins and reactivate them one by one to see if there’s a compatibility problem with one of them.
Which WordPress version are you using?
I’ve tried with several older version of WordPress, but the problem didn’t occur to me. If deactivating the plugins doesn’t help, you can remove that part from the code until we figure it out what’s the matter. It’s not necessary for the theme to work. In this case go to Appearance > Editor on the WP admin, on the right-hand side find Theme Functions, search for “ADD OPEN GRAPH META DATA” and delete until “THEME CUSTOMIZER” then update. It should definitely fix your problem. Sorry for the inconvenience, let me know if there’s anything I can do for you.
Hi again, the problem is your server is using an older version of PHP and that part of code is not compatible with it. The required PHP version of Exquisite is 5.4 or higher, you can ask your hosting provider to update it, but the error will be fixed in the next release soon.
It’s fixed, you can update it now.
