At the moment Impreza doesn’t provide this feature, please vote for this feature request and we’ll consider implementing it if it receives a significant amount of voices from other clients. Also, you can try using some 3d party plugins, usually, there are plugins almost for everything.

You can assign some extra CSS class at Row Settings, for example, hide-video-on-mobiles and append next code to Theme Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS:
