How to change slide background in im event theme?
Did you purchased our theme?
Having trouble uploading your theme to wordpress. Takes forever to load and then gives me a wordpress failure with ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ and a ‘Please try again’ option. Any help?
Please make sure your server upload_max_size is 64MB, You can ask your hosting provider to increase it or you can upload the theme folder using FTP client like filezilla. You just need to upload files here
wp-content/themes/
Once you are done, Go to admin panel > Themes area and activate it

If you have purchased one regular licence thn you can use it for one domain. If you plan to use our theme on more than one domain thn you have to purchase more licence
Is it possible to use Page builder to organice the content in a scheduled item without getting code from page builder in the event list?

Pre-purchase questions,
1. can I allow participants to select number of workshop to attend? For example, participants are able to select 1, 2 or 3 workshops and each workshop priced at USD50. If they select 2 workshops, they have to pay USD100.
2. can I add an optional choice for participants? For example, Gala dinner, if you want to attend Gala dinner then they have pay additional USD20.

I’m getting an error when I try to activate the One Click Demo Import plugin.

Why does the child page keep reverting back to the same stock info. I keep trying to edit the address bar with new info and it keeps reverting back to the stock info and I cannot delete the section . This theme sucks!
I can not delete sections, I can not modify sections, Also the visual composer is 5 updates behind and I just downloaded a new version of the theme last night and you can not update it by itself the maker of the theme does. This theme is dead. Don’t buy this theme.
From WP Bakery site… How to update and receive support if I do not purchase direct license? In such case you need to wait on your WordPress theme author to update WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) on their side and push it to you. Also support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider. So you all are 5 updates behind.

Hi, I sent a support ticket a couple of days ago but I haven’t heard back as yet. I have two major issues:
1. Currently there is no option to add multiple speakers to one schedule item but seeing through the comments, I can see you mentioned that this is possible. Additionally, I am missing the schedule module from theme options event though I have updated the plugins and files to the latest version.
2. The theme is causing issues with SEO and not showing the image when the site is shared on social media. The meta the template is generating isn’t accurate and I am using a basic plugin but since the theme automatically adds meta info, I need to know how to remove this function of the theme. To give you an example here is the error info I get: Conflict detected — your theme or another plugin is adding meta property=”og:title” to the head section of this webpage.
Please kindly come back to me/reply to my support ticket asap as our project is live and is causing issues.
Hi, 1: The theme only supports 1 speaker for 1 schedule.
2: SEO: Please surely you have feature image in article. Disable SEO: Please remove meta description, meta keyword in each article also in Theme options >> General Settings then use your seo plugin. Thank you!

Hello , trying to get the theme to be dark like the demo seems like its dark blue or something. Did change the light > dark on visual composer and customize page and where ever else that seem like it was the case but only the font color changes to white so then the font is same as the background white.
Anything I may have missed? Thank you.

email says the check email which is pretty says check email , as shown bought wp version theme and was wondering why the theme is not changing to the dark theme (background color like the demo) it makes the font white so the it is readable if the background was dark.

No matter how I set the order of the speakers, at the front end it doesn’t make any difference. How to solve this?

This theme is very nice looking and clean. Easy to work with. I have a couple of questions.
I’d rather have events than schedules. I don’t have breakouts by day like this theme has, but I really like the style and other parts. IF I bought your other theme: https://themeforest.net/item/event-management-wordpress-theme/13011506?s_rank=6 Would that allow me to have the “EVENT” tools/plugins, but the use in this theme them instead? That way I can keep your styling/syntax and display just the Event?
Also, when registering for an event is there a way to tie into MailChimp? So when they register they also get registered in my MailChimp?

Hi, You can’t use plugin in “Event Management” theme for imevent theme.
When you register event, the order info will send to mail of admin.
