I am debating whether to acquire the full version or not of this theme since there doesn’t seem a way to put horizontal menu. A friend of mine has the 1.0 version and he was showing it to me, there seems to be no way to enable horizontal menu. How do you achieve this? Is this option added to the latest version under Theme Options?

Horizontal menu was added as an upgrade to theme which can be switched via theme options.
If you purchase the theme then you get access to theme upgrades for free. Upgrades can be downloaded just like how the theme pack was downloaded the first time. As in re-downloading the theme always gives you the latest version which can be used to upgrade.
Upgrading can be done using the Envato Market plugin , or using ftp by over-writing the old theme.

I have PURCHASED this theme, and have tried numerous times to register for the iMaginem Support forums after entering a user name, my email & my product license code. However, Each time I attempt this, I never get the promised email ..it is NOT a problem with my email settings & it is NOT going into any email to spam folder. I have even tried to register with a few different email addresses I own. Same thing happens – an endless loop. PLEASE tell me why I do not receive any emails when I try to register for the Support forum.

I’m interested in this theme. I have however a question about page navigation: - does Kreativa has a back-to-top nav button ? (I don’t see it in the DEMO) (it is quite easy to implement :: and a “key” feature in my opinion).

Back to top is an old implementation targeted for mobiles. Now mobiles can bring the page to top by tapping on the browser top. We did not include it as new design trends are doing without the feature. We can note this down for our developers to check.

Thanks for the fast response, Not all the gadgets are “touch” screens, yet. Some Laptops still use the mouse to navigate. Anyway, older but useful (this should be an option in the theme).
Another question about portfolios, albums, galleries, etc. - how do they work ? (filtering, albums, galleries, collections of) (i.e.: can I build a portfolio of albums, each album having a set of photos, which can then be searched by album categories or by photo tags/keywords)

We’ve taken notes of it.
The theme has portfolio posts which support categories. The categories can be used to filter the portfolios. Here’s a link to a portfolio gallery http://kreativa.imaginem.co/portfolios/portfolio-3-column/
The filters you see are portfolio categories.
The categories of portfolio can be used to display as an album gallery. http://kreativa.imaginem.co/portfolios/worktype-albums/
Clicking any of the thumbnails seen in the album gallery will display portfolio items for that particular gallery.
The theme also supports Thumbnail image galleries. You can tag the image from the media library and use them as filters. Clicking on those gallery thumbnails will display the lightbox. http://kreativa.imaginem.co/galleries/thumbnail-3-column/
The theme uses default WordPress search function which returns results for blog posts and pages. They don’t include searching for tags and categories which WordPress doesn’t look for , for search results.
The theme will function with all features seen in demo out of box without any additions.

Great theme. My only wish is for the client proofing pages to have username and password combination instead of a password protected page. It’s easier to have one central url instead of a url for each client. No need to manage passwords and separate url for client pages. If someone forgets their password and/or url they have to wait for an admin to respond instead of a – forgot my password – button for an automated process and response.

Thank you for the feature request. Currently we’re using the native page protection function built into WordPress where it can be password protected. This method doesn’t require site registration and still protects the pages with the password. There is no choice in pages where it can made as a membership protection where site registration is required. We’ll make note of the feature for our developers to go through.

Hello, I really like your theme, however, the only thing that is holding me back from making the purchase is that your theme does not have an easy to access “view cart” or “checkout” button after items have been added inside the shop demo. It’s not user-friendly and I have to go back to the shop page each time and go through multiple steps to even see the items I’ve put inside my cart. The rest of your theme looks and works awesome! But again, I really think you guys should improve and add an easily located “view cart” and “checkout” button. Maybe in the top right hand corner of each page while inside the shop demo? I hope you will take my recommendation into consideration. I really think this will help your sales and improve on the customers online shopping experience from an e-commerce standpoint. Comparing events in the two themes, Kreativa doesn’t have the events info box displayed on fullscreen slides as in Kinetika theme. If you meant that element , it will take quiet a lot of additions to implement it since it’s not there.

1. Do you mean lock down images in the website in general. We have right click block which makes it difficult to save images. It can’t prevented entirely as the browser is a transparent medium which is designed to give control to the user. Our right click block method makes it difficult and discourages the users to save them.
2. You can generate masonry galleries for portfolio as well as thumbnails which can have mixed dimensions. Horizontal or vertical will work. You can view a masonry gallery here http://kreativa.imaginem.co/portfolios/masonry-portfolio-column/
3. Sharing requires very specific functions tied to the images. Individual sharing of images in a page isn’t there. But you can share the urls of the pages where the images are in.

Think of Proofing gallery as a section where photographers can ask clients about photos they like out of a number of photos taken on a particular occasion. This can be a wedding, holiday or any celebration. Once the client selects the photos from the proofing gallery, they can be taken to the next step. The next step can be any process, for example making larger prints or framing them, or selling high quality versions of it to the client using woocommerce shop, or making larger ones available for download through a download link in the proofing gallery.
The IDs displayed in the images of proofing gallery are unique IDs. The client and photographer can refer to those IDs and use the comments section below to communicate about particular images.
Photo proofing galleries can be disabled, selections can be locked so that no further selection can be done or password protected. A client can have any number of proofing galleries, and settings a client with password will set that password through out all proofing galleries assigned to the client. And you can add any number of clients.

Curious on your other themes installation issue. Installation and activation problems are usually due to server side problems. Did you confirm everything was good from the server. The webhost will have logged errors to see what caused the issue. The error log can be used to correct the problem.

The theme has a demo importer which fetches the demo contents to your site. It also has Theme Options import / export and Pagebuilder blocks import / export.
For importing of whole site from localhost to live site you’ll need to use the standard WordPress import / export them. If you’re going from mamp , localhost to live site then you’ll need to migrate the site according to WordPress site migration instructions which is detailed in their official site “Moving WordPress“

Yes you can use the theme with multi lingual translation through wpml plugin. wpml is a commercial plugin which can translate the theme to multiple languages and won’t require editing any files. The theme is developed with functions that will detect the plugin and display language selectors as well. You can find information on wpml here

Hi, You can use polylang but it will require more work. You might need to make manual edits to files where there’s text referred by theme options with polylang plugin. With wpml no manual edits will be needed. All multi language translations can be done without editing files or additional codes.

Is it possible to set up the Shopping with different pricing for different photo sizes? 3×5, 8×10, 16×20 etc each with a different price for each photo? Can these be inside of a proofing page? You can have variable products using WooCommerce. Products with variations can be in shop pages, it can’t be populated in proofing galleries. Check following link
Proofing galleries don’t have e-commerce facility, which is however available with WooCommerce. The proofing galleries are for choosing images, but it also has a commenting system where the client can inform on required image sizes based on the image ID.

The differences will mostly be in UX and motion experience. We designed the theme without the preloader screen to display elements meaningfully. If you can check the demos to see the differences. Kreativa theme will include all functions you see in demo out-of-box without the need for any additional coding.
The theme uses our pagebuilder to generate the components seen in theme. You won’t be able to achieve the visual and functionalities using elementor builder since the theme wasn’t designed for it. Having both page builders activate can cause problems.
We provide inhouse support for our pagebuilder as well as the theme.
