Actually tinymce advanced has not been tested with our theme. The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

1-How can you change the menu icon of the mobile version? 2-The Facebook counter a few days ago that does not work well, does not show the updated number of likes. 3-How can I do it so that users are logged in? Do not see the top bar of Wordpress user?

1. The mobile menu has no settings to change the icon. It can only be done with custom code. The hamburger icons is provided in the theme font. It is a font icon. If you want it changed with another one from font awesome for example, you have to change the code here: https://www.screencast.com/t/vHrHyxgaV
2. The soicla counter is not a live count and is affected by cache. Please clear all your caching and let it update. it will only make a few requests per day to keep server load at a minimum.

Hello. First of all great theme. It is functioning very well. One weird challenge I have yet to solve after converting to HTTPS. The video playlist has 5 youtube videos in it but the images that are being pulled from youtube are not secure. How can I get the video player to be HTTPS compatible?
I am just using the video playlist then entering in the youtube video code. Nothing special just as the theme is setup. Is there something I am missing here?

On the mega menu, how do you extend the sub categories from 5 to 7 ? which file. I tried td_block_mega_menu.php but it don’t seem to work

Your categories need to have at least 1 post if they are to appear in the mega menu. Empty categories will not show up. If this criteria is met, then please change the limit from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Z0MuZ8uo

It seems now after the upgrade from 2.2 to the latest version, if you click refresh on the video black template the white background flickers every time for a user. Why does it keep brining up the default template before the actual template chosen? Every time browser refreshed seems like your theme calls up a default. It did not do this before.
Please contact us via email as mentioned in my previous reply. This is usually a plugin or cache conflict.

Hi Support, It’s really not fair how you handle support because if the theme support expires and you upgrade the theme and it becomes broken or corrupted on the upgrade you should at least give some advice on where and what to fix.
I could not log a support ticket as I no longer am a member but have purchased this theme 2 years ago.
I have emailed you direct, please can you reply asap. When upgrading from 2.2 the layout on main page has altered slightly. Thank you.

Hello, I’ve seen that to use a different menu on mobile phone you should use the mobile theme http://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/assign-custom- menu for mobile / but when downloading the whole theme I don’t appear in the /plugins folder. That add-on is purchased separately. Thank you!!

I’d like to remove Google fonts from the theme, it’s slowing the site down. Please can you let me know if this is possible.

Pentru moment nu exista o versiune full black pentru newsmag. Fiind o tema cu gridline, nu stim daca va fi o versiune black ca pe newspaper. Aceasta decizie nu a fost luata inca. Noi am adaugat aceasta sugestie pe lista dar nu putem garanta ca se va si realiza.

Is Newsmag compatible with Wordpress 4.9?

We have tested newsmag with wordpress 4.9 and found a few css styling issue in the back-end. We recommend waiting for a theme update or if you can live with a few misaligned buttons in the back-end, then you can update but make a back-up beforehand. We will release an update to fix the styling issue soon.

The social counter does not have options to add a new social network to it unfortunately. There is no simple solution for it as the social network needs a specific api in order for it to be able to communicate with the counter. There is no simple solution for implementing a new social network. You can use a social plugin however as there are many to choose from that can provide a telegram button.

Hello I noticed that suddenly on my website, the first two miniatures of the Big Grid 4 come out with a small gray stripe on the bottom. It happens to me with any grid that I put. Is there any solution for this? The size I use for thumbnails is 800×450 and before that there was no problem.
