Hi there, I just updated the theme and I have ‘white pages’ I believe it is related to rev slider – can you tell me if your theme is compatible with the latest version of rev slider (this is what i have) . If not can you link to the correct version please?
I have checked all plugins, it is definitely as soon as I activate Revolution Slider Version 5.4.7.2 I get white pages

Hi there, I have just installed this theme with the child theme. When I change the Theme Options they are being saved (e.g. no topbar, other colors, etc.), but nothing in the frontend changed. I already checked the file permissions of the dynamic.css. Please help.
And how can I change the color settings with hexcodes e.g. #FF6600? I can only pick from a color slider and with that the colors are not exactly like they should be.

Hi, sad to say the WPBakery Visual Composer will not update. Everything is up to date (WP 4.9.6 + Your newest theme files 1.8.3 + all plugins) but VC is still on version 4.7.4. Can You help me out? How can i update it? Thanks in advance for Your answer! Matt

I have an odd issue – anything uploaded from page or post goes to the correct YR/MO however anything uploaded in media goes to 2017/07 – another site suggested it might be the theme – any thoughts?

The issue is because the older visual composer was modified by the theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one’s. Now when you updated it, the customization made by the theme author was lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the theme author if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest version, so that such an issue can be avoided at your end.

When we updated VC there are error occurred and crashed our former design. also we can not active VC now.

Please do following steps.
1 ) Delete the plugin “Vertikal Premium Theme Add-ons”.
2 ) Once you delete it, a Notice will appear to install it again, Reinstall it again and your issue will be solved.
