Admin, i forgot password of support and when trying to reset…it is sending link to my email. And when i click on the link ed.its again taking me to username or email and GET password field. instead it should show me the Password generate field?

There is a way to remove or modify the title on the logo link, my issue is that on hover at the logo says “Site logo”, and i don’t want to but i don’t know how to change it or remove it.

The requested title for the URL can be changed in the following file:\wp-content\themes\dfd_native\templates\section-header.php
Please find the line 633:
. '<a href="'.esc_url(home_url('/')).'" title="'.esc_attr__('Site logo','dfd-native').'">';</a>
and replace the ’Site logo’ text with the one you need.
We’d recommend you to back up the modified file on your PC to be able to re-upload it after theme update.

When we make changes on the pages with visual composer, it automatically scroll to the bottom of the page anytime we make any adjustment. It’s very annoying.

Can anchor text link close the opened menu? I’m using header style options 8 for the menu.

Hi I just bought the theme and I have some issues: 1 – image gallery with thumb stretches my images, pixelate, and they are 1366×768 2 – image carousel and image gallery when clicked with modal doesn’t show over the page but below (at the end) of the entire content, and the gallery is also unformatted. 3 – how can I have a single image that links in lightbox to a gallery with title/meta explicited? thanks for your help.

Changes in the theme options are not being shown on the site. So I’ve changed site colours, buttons colours, font sizing etc. and that is being updated in the site.
I’ve just tried doing hard refresh, clearing cache etc. but nothing works.

Eg. instead of wp-content/themes/”native” it would be wp-content/themes/”client”

We checked your site and as we can see Demo Importer was not able to install the content for you, because on server there was FireWall Web Application which can be blocking the admin-ajax.php file.
Our team recommended you to ask your hosting provider to check this issue from his end.
The default WordPress Improper plugin installation – which is not a part of our theme – resulted in 500 Internal Server Error, so we shared the useful links for you to fix the issue with your server and install the content successfully.
As we can see now, the content is successfully importer on your site.

I have begun to build my company’s new website using your theme. First off, I think it is an excellent theme. I have noticed that while using Header 8, the menu’s logo appears in the middle of the screen even when the menu is not opened. It appears on your theme preview and all of my pages using Header 8: http://es-new.evolvedevserver.com/solutions/
