Hi there, Looks like wpbakery Page Builder is buggy with latest WP and latest Firefox (tried with fresh install, wp+shopkeeper+page builder only). They addressed an update in this way with 5.4.3 (shopkeeper is delivered with 5.4.2 actually). Could you please deliver an updated version of page builder ? Thanks !

Hi @baptisteq,

Please make sure your website is connected to your Envato account in Shopkeeper > Updates. The you should be able to update VC in Shopkeeper > Plugins.

Hi, unfortunately this doesn’t work (even though the website is connected to my Envato account). Nothing shows up in Shopkeeper > Plugins, except the fact that plugins are activated. The update shows up in the classic update page. When I try to update from there, sometimes it tells that I’m already up to date (which is wrong), and sometimes it tells that the archive is not available. Maybe it comes from my configuration, but since I paid for the theme and the upcoming updates, I should be able to update anyway :) And I assume there are people around here who deny writing on the plugin folder, so they need to update manually just like me. A link to direct download the plugin would do the trick. Thank you.

I’m getting some severe issues using the customizer with the latest update of WP? Custom code can’t be inserted, amongst other issues like Top Bar unable to be enabled.

Is this something you’re aware of? Disabling every plugin does not help the issue.

Hi Peter,

I checked our testing websites using the newest theme versions and we’re not able to replicate the Customize issues. Please make sure you’re using the newest theme version (V2.3.3) also you should go through the Troubleshooting Guide first and if that won’t help you get to the bottom of it, please reach out to the support team and provide a link to your site and a temporary admin username and password so we can look into it.

Hey guys…Quick View doesn’t seem to be working properly on Safari browsers…only the image on the left shows, but the right side is blank. Any solution to this please?

In your demos you have this FB messenger icon hovering in the footer but I do not see any option in the theme panel to configure this?

Hello ! in wordpress, Shopkeeper > customize/ personalize > i have only widgets on screen. no header style. how can i fix this ? i would like to change color or style.. thanks (i tried on windows and safari)

If Shopkeeper is enabled, you should find all the sections in the Customizer screen. We would need to look into that to be able figure out what’s going on at your end. Use the Help Center to reach out the the support team. We’ll do our best to help.

how do i change the page names when i use shopkeepers demo content import the pages are v1, v2,v3 ,v4 but when i go to pages then i edit the shortlink it still does not change the pages name

It’s the page title that should be change. When editing a page, this is what you should be looking for on your screen: https://screencast.com/t/LxZgDJIH

If the page name in menu / navigation doesn’t change, in your WordPress administration dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Menus to edit all menu items.

Hi!

I want to have a page of “on sale” items so I put the shortcode and it works well but I want to have page numbers at the end for more products (each page to have 20 products for example and not all the products in 1 page). How do I achieve that?

True, not a built in option of WooCommerce but makes sense. You should be looking into plugins to help you with that. Not familiar with a particular one but a quick search returned this https://wordpress.org/plugins/on-sale-page-for-woocommerce/ I think that’s what you’re trying to achieve.

Hi there, I am working on a website with this theme but I’ve come across a problem with the Woocommerce sidebar widgets on my homepage. When I add for example a price filter widget in the shop side bar and in visual composer add the “widgetised sidebar” element to my homepage, the filters do not show. I’ve read Woocommerce filters only work on the shop page but I really need this to work on the home page.

Is there a way I could make it work? If it involves altering PHP templates or whatever that’s fine, I just need the filters to show up on a non-shop page.

I get what you’re after but I am not aware about any routine to get there with it. It is true that the price filter widget is build for the actual shop page, it can only filter the WooCommerce archives, not custom pages.

Hello, I have a problem after the last update, why related products on product page are not showing in columns like before?? Why is there no option for that in your last update?? I’ve been using version 1.9.3 for long time and when I’ve decided to update the theme I’ve found this problem…

In the newest release the favicon is not updating on explorer or edge. Unfortunately, I can’t leave this through support, as that’s expired – but not renewing just for this.

Hi, I have pre-sale questions -1) can I add widgets in footer? 2) is your theme scalable? I’ve some thousands of products and have used a theme not scalable coz it’s poorly-coded. do you have a customer having thousands of products uploaded and not having any performance issue? (slow site, etc.)

1. Yes, you can add widgets to Footer.

2. WooCommerce plugin is the one to control all the shop functionalities including products. As far as we know WooCommerce a limit for how many products you can upload. Shopkeeper is built to be as light as possible so it shouldn’t be slowing down your website. I guess it will get down to your server settings and how many extra plugins you decide to use.

Customers can’t place orders without multiple orders coming in. Now I’m hearing that our contact form is not working. All happened after the theme upgrade

Once you access the theme documentation link I provided you with, in the header you can find the Support link: https://www.screencast.com/t/R4bXdR8qbsB Login with the Envato username you purchased the theme with. You then will get My support requests on the documentation header where you can open your requests.
You should also check your email Inbox because I have sent you an email.

hi – reviewing the theme before buying but something seems to be wrong with product thumbnails now (didn’t see this last friday) – they’re showing up very large!

On demo we’re one theme update late and that might be the reason. I submitted a request to our developers to not forget updating the theme as soon as possible. I’m checking my test website where I use the newest theme version and I can’t replicate the issue.

I would like to replicate your current mega menu settings but unable to.

On your demo, under “The Shop”, “Shop-Pages” and “Product Types” are placed on a different row.

I’m able to do 4 menu items in 1 row, but not 4 menu items in 2 rows. How do you do that?
