Hi, I purchased this awhile ago but never had a chance to use it until now. Before I renew the support I am just testing to see if it meets my needs. I imported (Main-11 zip file) into Stampready. Hi, great template but Mailchimp “Edit Desing” mode don’t work. You can test main15.zip. (-) don’t work, and there is some other problems. I don’t have html experience.
Hi, Have you try on Campaign builder mode yet? The repeatable function is not working to use in Template editor mode, they just showing a +,- button(at “Edit Design” tab) to confirm the mc:repeatable is properly implemented.
The template editor mode is not created to customize the content but editing template code/structure. That’s why they showing all the available module in the template file at once. Please edit content in Campaign builder mode at design stage instead. Especially If you don’t have HTML knowledge, because the Template editor mode is specifically edited directly in the code.

I’ve had a look at our demo, which looks good, but is it possible to add three or four Buy buttons under the same image, all grouped closely together, please? I couldn’t get them to line up without huge gaps between them and the process seemed quite fiddly.

Hi Steve, Thanks for your interesting. Yes, it is possible, that would need a custom module for that type. In the code view, just duplicate code between <! – button -> and <! – end button -> and it is done. here a demo video

Hi. I used the full-width template and sent a test email to myself, everything looks really nice. However, the whole letter doesn’t have borders, which makes the letter look a bit weird. How do I fix it? Thanks.

Hi, File export from the StampReady builder is not compatible with Mailster, Mailster has a different code structure. Please use the mailster_koble.zip import to Mailster, they already have their own builder when creating a campaign.

Hi, I have purchased the templates and received one single zipped file. Then I unzipped all the file and zipped the single file named ‘StampReady’. I tried to upload the zipped file ‘StampReady’ to StampReady website site to do some editing. However, I received an error message saying the zipped file is not compatible. Could you please help? Thanks.
Sorry, I tried to upload one single file ‘All-in-one-1’ and It worked! So do I have to upload the ‘All-in-one-2’ folder as well? and what about other zipped folders (e.g. Main-01, Main-2, etc.)?
All-in-one-1 already include the modules from all template that has a full-width layout, while All-in-one-2 included modules with container style. Both All-1 and All-2 doesn’t include a module from notification template.
Basically, All-in-one is for those who want to mix and match module between the template design.

Hi, your template it’s not working in the email inbox. I tried all template sometimes it’s missing text, something header, color, everytime anything missing and just messed up, http://prntscr.com/h0g2gd check this screenshot here it’s showing perfect as I want. Hi, I notice from your second screenshot the email is an FWD email. Please note, HTML email template only renders properly when received directly from email service, because a when forwarding template, most of the email clients are not include or strip off CSS and a necessary code from the < header > section of the template also, the template will render as a quoted content, not the directly with email client engine as well.
Try sending a test email from the builder(or you ESP), so you’ll see what I mean. If it still not working please send me the file you working on and more info which email service do you use? or do you manually modify the template code as well? send to nutzumi@gmail.com
FYI: the first screenshots were perfectly normal because template renders directly with the browser engine that supports all the code.

So after I buy koble on the themeforest I will have to log in to Stampready.net and there I will have the library with the modules and templates you offer?
The Koble set will include a file compatible with StampReady service, You can use these(zip ready) files import to their service and start to customize. Once the template imported into SR it will list in All template > imported template menu

Hi, I just checked on their demo, unfortunately, The demo was set to read-only mode unable to import or do anything for testing. I’ll contact them to see if it possible to let us test the template and will let you know asap, thanks for your interesting.

Hi, love your email template & use it with MyMail. But one big thing i’m missing: a module/block where i can insert just the image (just like in the default template of MyMail).
I’ve tried to use it within the text editor (insert -> add media), but this breaks the mailing layout on mobile platforms.
How can i insert an 1/1 image without breaking the mobile layout?

Hi, Crist That’d require a custom code module. However, it a lot easier to just use some of the 1/1 panels and removing the text and you will get a 1/1 image module.
for the leftover spacing, you can open the code view and adjust the height at < td > as you want.

I have “Mailster”. I send the newsletter automatically/dinamic for new posts to wp members. Can I use this plugin for dynamic posts?

Hi, You can set up an auto function for each module in Mailster with this option image below.

There is a dynamic post option appear after clicking the button.

However, please note we only able to turn on/off this function on each module(as Mailster provide the template tag). The rest will be plugin function that automatically pastes the content from your post. For more info. how to use this option please contact Mailster support.
Fun Fact: We got 1-star only 4 times since 2014. The latest one was 1 year ago and all of them have already been fixed

There are other templates available that support Outlook backgrounds using Microsoft VML, do you have plans on adding that feature to this product? Thanks.
Hi, I do aware there’s some developer in the market, advertise a working background image on Outlook using VML. However, none of them is a full-width layout(width=”100%”). Some might look like full-width but when you display in a full browser. It just contains in specific width container.
Also, as I testing it still not reliable. The workaround only works in some specific layout style, a module with no complex nesting < table > structure(very simple design layout), and all elements in the module must be aligned center. Otherwise, it’ll break a template layout because it’s a workaround, not a proper way for coding HTML email anyway.
However, there’s a good news from the recent update of Litmus partnership with Microsoft to improve Outlook rendering. At this moment two most popular Outlook bugs are reported(background images and web fonts). We can expect more update is coming soon from MS. Once they release an update, there will be no need to fix or update the template code. Outlook It should automatically support as it is today.

Your templates looks great. I just purchased. But I really do not have a clue how I should be able to modify them except from modifieing the HTML? I thought it was some kind of drag/drop email builder? Where can I actually build something? In the “Demo/preview” you can build something, but cannot use it? What I can do is upload it into Campaign Monitor, but I cannot edit it there either. It’s a bit confusing to me – I don’t know if I am just tried

Hi, Thanks for purchasing my template In order to use the template builder. Please register(free) at StampReady.net and using the zip ready file from StampReady builder to import and you can freely use their builder to modify and export as much as you want.
here a demo video showing the process from modifying the template in the builder and export to use with Campaign Monitor.
FYI: The export file from SR is not included CM repeatable function so make sure you finished layout alignment before exporting. Also, CM doesn’t have a style modification feature for custom HTML template too.

You can open the code view in StampReady < / > and adjust or remove the width attributes from < img > tag. It was a campaign monitor requirement that need to specify a specific width in every editable images.

Thanks. I can edit html in notepad no problem but how my client to get it in MailerLite drag and drop editor?
Unfortunately, MailerLite drag & drop editor are not available for a custom HTML template. As you can see they gave us an option to choose “Drag & Drop editor” or “Your own HTML” separately and no option to import if you select drag & drop.
So I’d recommend using a StampReady builder for customizing template and export HTML to use with MailerLite as you saw in the video.
