I hope you are doing well. I have got a question about the products display on homepage. We have been struggling to display our products on homepage in NEW ARRIVALS, FEATURED, HOT SALE, BEST SELLER and ON-SALE PRODUCTS. We did everything we could to do it but unfortunately we couldn’t find the block for it. If you could please guide us on how to display products on homepage that would be so much appreciated.

i cant add product or change anything in this theme i have contacted your support team by email repeatedly the support team does not take the issue serious, your support team saying that we cant connect via ssh i have provide my cpanel password and everything they don’t provide their online timing that i can connect them to my host provider. i’m really frustrated.

All issues are on your side not our theme, Your server did not meet the requirements of Magento 2.2.1, After you upgrade your server we installed successfully our theme on your server but then when you request to support we can’t access to your server for supporting you. So you must to check all info access before request to support. Thank you.
Dear team/member i’m using vps plan hosting which have 4GB RAM and more then 300GB storage and have all version of PHP, you’re support team emailed me to after adding a product reindex magento via ssh command. I want to start online shopping website, when I every time use command for every product, it will definitely waste time. Is anyone else finding this template really, really slow? I have a dedicated VPS with 8GB of RAM and 4 CPU’s and it is not usable in a production environment…
I have a clean copy of Magento with sample data install on the same system and it’s super fast.

The Magento default is just included js and css default and do not extensions so you will see it fastly, we suggest you when your site have lunch you should minify js and css, enable all cache and set production mode.
