I’m struggling horribly with the theme but want so much to make it work – would appreciate your help. Opting for your demo files knocked my site over, so I had to revert to a backup of my site. I’ve read the comments on how to change the logo size but it wasn’t clear to me. I altered what I think I needed to on the menu.php and over-wrote the file, but it didn’t change. I like your header style 4, but only seem to have 1-3 as options in the menu/appearance. I’m also not sure how to update the Visual Composer, as per other people comments. It isn’t currently working for me. Thanks in advance.
I think there must be a bug with my files. Please can you reply ASAP, I’m considering other options.

If you have only 3 menus in theme options page, then you simply have old version of the theme. So you just need to update it, how to make that you can find some instructions in our documentation.
But if you want to update the Visual Composer then easiest way is to delete old version and then to install new version.

I have deleted the above filter and added css on the style option it is working on product page but doesnt work on the cart and checkout page: .product .price { font-family: arial; }

Hi, I installed and purchased the template. I have a couple of issues. 1. Many Woocommerce tempaltes are outdated. 2. I am not able to update the Facebook Login plugin. Updates seem to succeed but after update the plugin disappears and has to be installed again. 3. Layared popups and WP Visual composer are outdated. 4. I linked my Envato account and added an Oauth token but the aforementioned problems still exist.
How can I solve these problems? Thanks.

We try to keep all of files and all the bundled plugins up to date with each theme update. So in next theme update everything will be updated for sure. You’ll be notified via email and them from envato plugin when it will be ready.

Hi! So I have tried to contact you a few times about this. You say you replied to my email, however there is nothing in my mailbox.
Issue is regarding domain www.fineartsdesign.se . 1. I cant seem to make the logo bigger. The original file dimension is much bigger than what is showing. I have tried to add the code you gave me into style.css but without any luck.
2. Some parts are not translated, for instance Cart in the upper right corner. I have downloaded Loco Translate and gone through all translations and they are all correct but it is still showing Cart (Swedish word for cart is Kundvagn).
As i have spent major time trying to fix rather simple matter it would be of highest appriciation if this could be resolved. You can reply here or to my email oskarssondaniel@gmail.com

I don’t understand why you don’t get our email so I’ll answer here.
1. Go to your menu.php file and replace the container of logo from 1 column to 2. This should solve the issue.
2. Open woocommerce/config.php file and on top of this file you’ll see cart and my account buttons. Just replace here cart with your translation and save. This should solve the issue with the translation more easily.

Very nice theme, I’m considering buying it for my print shop (I’m a photographer). Pre-sale question as I need to make sure your theme has this feature:
For every product I’ll sell (which will be photo prints), I’ll have different variables (sizes + support, up to 15 different sizes and up to 4 different supports).
My question is, every time a user will select a different variable on the product page, will the image change automatically with the selected variable?
Also, is this theme compatible with the WooCommerce Booster plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-jetpack/)?

Hi,
this is default woocommerce functionality so sure our theme also has the feature with different sizes. Also when you choose a size for your product it can have different image, price, width…and more else specifications. Well if for size is set different image it will be changed automaticaly as you want. So the answer is yes. We’ll be glad to help you and to explain how it works if you need.
What about plugin, honesty to say it wasn’t tested yet with our theme, but we kept all the default functionality in our theme so it should work without any issues.

2. Is not fully compatible with latest version of woocommerce. Here’s the error message in my wp backend: Your theme (Artday Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme. ARTDAY version 1.5

1. It can be due to your server environment or its physical location. Also big images can make your website very slow. And for last try to activate the cache on your website, this should help.
2. We tryt o keep all the plugins and all the files up to date with each theme update. We a re working on new theme update where all these issues will be fixed. You’ll be notified when it will be ready.

Hi, I thought of buying the template which in my opinion has a beautiful design and very user friendly.
I am looking for a template to sell prints (photos) on but I wonder if the template has the feature where the customer can decide between three different sizes of each product and that the price change according to the size they want.

You do not need to worry about it, all the major updates are already included so you can simply use the plugins. We try to keep all the bundled plugins up to date with each theme update so for sure we’ll update all of them in next update. We are working on it now, but we can’t say exactly when it will be ready. But until that time you can use the files included with the theme without any worries, they was tested with new major version of woocommerce. Sure if you don’t have some issues with them. If you have, it would be great if you’ll report them to us via email.

Thank you for choosing Artday theme. With demo import you should get exactly the same structure as in our preview. Only one thing as you know following the Envato rules, authors can’t sell themes with the images, they are only for preview. So all the themes that are on themeforest are sold without images. But for easier understanding all the images are replaced with image holders, so you just need to replace them with your own.

It can be deleted from code only. But you can try ti regenerate the images to fill the entire area of the element, to avoid this background. But if you still want to delete it, please send an email to us with link to your website, we’ll be glad to help you.
