Hello there, I have a pre-purchase question…I see on tours you have a calendar for tour dates, what instead I am looking for is fixed dates for tours, like from x day to y day, without the possibility to let the users choose the date. Is it possible with your theme? Thanks

You can set don’t show calendar, so users can’t choose date. You can set fixed dates for tours on each tour.

Hello I see you put booking and enquiry form setting in your global theme system. I think you should put that setting at single tour page (with ability for us to choose between booking form or enquiry form for each tour page). Is it possible to have booking form (instant payment) for specific tours and for some other specific tours just send enquiry form option? Can you do that?

Hi, I don’t understand your mean “ticket for tour is 3 euro”. You have a tour with price 100 euro, you want to set 80 euro per ticket if a client buys 3 tickets? please explain more than to us.

No. I have a tour with old price 100 euro/day. In this moment, I have a new price 80 euro/day. If the customers chose new price (80 euro/day), they must to pay a virtual ticket with price 3 euro to keep discount 20%. Finally the customers will pay 83 euro (3 euro – virtual ticket for me and 80 euro – tour from my suppliers). Understood now?! Thank you for your answer.

Hello, PhysCode! I have a big problem with your update 1.4.2. If, I try to buy a ticket (test) I can’t. Please see my website on this test page http://www.prismabooking.com/tickets/resort-test/ . If you put all information in section “Book the tour” and after you apply “Booking now”, the results will be redirection on www.prismabooking.com … It isn’t ok, because I need to complet with all information to buy virtual ticket. Please send asap an answer or erase this problem with another update…

I have updated travelwp to 1.4.2. Now it become broken again. 1. The cart can”t count the price. It”s still zero no matter how many items people buy in my online store. 2. It says i need to update visual composer. I updated many times and it still ask to update visual composer. Can you check what”s the problem? yes i already clear cache before recheck but still same..first i try using wp 4.9 and it doesn’t work, then i try using wp 4.8.3 and it work, i don’t know why.. after that i try again using wp 4.9 fresh install and doesn’t work again.. for now is only work with 4.8.3 not 4.9

How would I configure tour pricing for single occupancy and double occupancy? We have a different price for each such as double occupancy would be $800/each and single occupancy would be $1000

Hi there, I can’t seem to login to your support page. I create an account, then try to login and just get the message “You are not allowed to access this page”. Tried a few times, reset password etc. So wtf.
Anyway, I have purchased your theme and have a quick question: On a Tour detail page, in the “Book the tour” form, you have two drop-down menus to select number of adults and number of children. I do not get these drop down menus on my pages. How do I get them?
Hi paulbaylis, You go to Woocommerce -> Settings -> Tours -> Separate Ticket for Adult, Children choose yes
On the tours page, is there an option to sort by desc/asc date like you can do on the homepage?
I am sorry about this. Current the theme doesn’t have the option to do it but you can use Simple Taxonomy Ordering plugin
