I don’t understand why the background color of a row is showing in the backend but not the actual website itself after I update and view page? Seems like visual composer is not working as expected or i’m doing something wrong. Please advise.

Hello, in the documentation shows only one button to import all content, as in my case gave error, of custom looking folders found the content.xml, did the import of wordpress and is solved,

Are you using the older version of our theme? Verga theme was removed from our theme long back and now our theme is using Visual composer
