I would just like to say I really like the theme! I do however have an issue that I have been unable to resolve so far. I would like to hide the “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” product tab, but keep the reviews tab that shows up on individual product pages, see here – http://helios-testing12.xyz/shop/natural-colours-azul/. I cannot find an option that will just remove this. Am I stupid or can you help?

The “Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions or attributes. You need to add custom code to remove the Additional Information tab. Please read this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/.

Hi We have tried that, it has happened since the Wordpress and WooCommerce update happened, the theme is not compatible, which it even states on the back end.

If no, please try again and clear the following caches if you have: hosting cache, caching plugin, browser cache and CDN. About the states on the back end, I think you are using an old theme version. Because I know that you purchased our theme over 4 months ago. So please update the theme. About product price, your product may be a variable product. With variable product, it will display 2 prices. The first price is the price of variable product. The second price is the price of variation (it will appear when you select options). The single product page isn’t showing the product images properly. The image is shown at full resolution instead of boxed.

You need to translate both our theme and WooCommerce plugin. Also please note that cart is cached by WooCommerce. So you need to update cart after translating texts in cart.

I have some queries about the display of the order of the product display. Normally, on other themes, when the date and time of a product is changed, the order of the item is automatically updated accordingly on the webpage.
However, on this theme, manipulating the date and time that an item has been uploaded is not changing its order on the webpage i.e I changed the date of the first item on the webpage to a later date which should have induced the item to be appearing last. Unfortunately, there has been no change on the webpage.

Hi, great theme. I’m setting up a site using your theme for a client of mine. I created categories under the “Products” tab in WP. However, when I go into the Appearance tab to create a menu, my categories aren’t showing up under the “categories” option. Instead, it appears to be showing categories from the demo content? Those aren’t showing up when I view the categories in the products section though. so not sure how to get rid of them.
Whoops… never mind! I figured it out… I was looking at product categories, when the menu option only shows post categories.

I just need to know how I can edit the HTML, CSS & PHP for the ‘TS Products’ Element in the Page Builder. I need to remove all buttons other than Add to Cart, make the remaining button larger & then remove the shopping cart icon in place of text.
I’m very familiar with these languages but am unfamiliar with Wordpress, so need help finding the appropriate files / etc.
