Hi, There is some bug on Theme Option: i can’t see anything under Menu. My wordpress is 4.9.1 and my theme 5.2.2 to 5.3.1. I did update the all plugin. My support license has expired. I cannot open any ticket. Do I have to wait to new wordpress version?

And my theme languages is Turkish

Hi same problem as @Markowhich – Fusion builder not working properly. When opening any container for edits, I get stuck. The save and cancel button not working. The only way to get out is to lose your work and reload page or ESC – highly frustrating. I updated to Wordpress 4.9.1 as well.

what is going wrong with avada theme ? i change one setting and now my header wording but i never touch anything …. yes it have tons of ISSUE on new version … means current update (5.1.6 to 5.3.1 screw up everything).

There are not tons of things wrong with Avada or the 5.3.1 update, if there was we would know about it. Likewise, if we do address an issue, we do it immediately and send out a patch

There is some bug on Theme Option: i can’t see anything under Menu -> Main menu and Blog -> General blog, it just appear blank page …. i just check out, not only that two page, plenty of page i can’t see …..... means current update (5.1.6 to 5.3.1 screw up everything).

I keep got this error when I installed the theme and when I installed the plugins: Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=39056 in /home/flores13/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1931. And the people at webhostinghub have no idea what it is.

1.) The patch 415977 works poorly. Pages do change, but the number between ‘next’ and ‘previous’ doesn’t change after 5, and on page 7 it vanishes completely.

2.) Also the Lightbox update has a possible bug. If you open a blog image on a Android phone – close the image by touching outside the image – and if the place where you touched had a image underneath it – then the Lighbox opens again. Very annoying.

3.) Also, if you read a blog post on a phone or on a tablet – then swipe fast back to top – the top area of the article image is left under the header.

None of these problems didn’t happen with 5.2.1, and I’m probably not the only one suffering from them. Please, check them out properly.

Nah, I’ve rolled back to 5.2.1. I’ll let others to worry about these for a change. I’m confident that others have these problems as well. It’s not the first time that my findings have led to a implemented wider fix. It just a matter of believing the bugs to exist in the first place.

I can see that you site does need optimization. Start with optimizing your image, make use of a solid cache plugin can further enhance your sites performance / Make use of the Avada CSS & JS compiler. The positive is that your server does have GZIP enabled, which is always needed.

- One option to work with is the Avada CSS & JS Compiler. It removes all css from the head file. Turn it on to compile the dynamic CSS into a file. A separate file will be created for each of your pages & posts inside of the uploads/avada-styles folder. There is also a dev mode option to turn on or off. By default all the javascript files are combined and minified. Activating developers mode will load non-combined and non-minified javascript files, which is used for development only. Hi, I wanted to thank you for the great theme and tell you how much I am enjoying using it. I also have a quick question… I need a pop up window that loads when the home page comes up to prompt for a newsletter sign up. Can the Avada modal window be set to open upon launch? If not do you have a plug in recommendation that has been tested with Avada for compatibility?

Right now there is no option that will auto generate a popup on page load, I suggest that you use a 3rd party plugin for that

Hi, did you change something in Avada? I just updated to the latest version and shortcodes I’ve set up in functions.php are not being executed in any of my posts.

these are custom shortcodes, instead of executing them, it’s just showing the plain text of the shortcode.

PLEASE HELP. I updatet to newest version and now nothing working anymore. I get just white screen. When i deactivate in the Plugins (FTP) Fusion Builder site is working. But i can not update to newer version in backend just come white screen when i click on update. Same for fuscion core !! Please help asap.

now its working. But its complicated: I had to set fusion builder and fusion core as ´test´ in FTP than i had first to update fusion core, after that i had to update fusion builder and than i deleted the old fusion builder and fusion core – test files in FTP.. why that happend?

Am trying to update to the latest version but am getting this error when trying to go to admin panel, and the front end is blank screen:

i had to downgrade till this issue solved.

Well, i’ve finally bought this “theme” just for the sake of buying it! (Of course, the “Cyber Monday” discount was a motivation… ) I think you should come up with many more pre-designed configurations to even further boost your sales. That said… What are the new demos for, you name it! :) Please go ahead and configure as much as you can!..

No one has time to go further… Since you’ve been making this theme and claiming that this is a “fit for all” solution, go ahead and bring some more demos… like… you guys, bring in the rest please…
