I hadn’t touched my site in three days, and overnight, the header and some footer elements all reverted back to three years ago, lost my customizations via the theme options, and instead it populated with BuildMe logo, original black header, etc. Had to emergency place under construction up. Any clue as to what happened? Site was fine three days ago, built in 2015, maintained regularly…
Just to define the problem more: All social media, all header settings, logos, footer background image, and other items that were created through your theme options panel are gone. I’m recreating, 4 hours into it,but hard coding this time in my child theme as this is the second time in three years it has happened. This time was worse. You need to see what is happening with your options panel settings. I enqueued rather than @imported the style sheet, now hard coding my css elements. Please investigate at your end, so others won’t have this happen.

As you expressed your issue, your site roll backed into an older backup. Our theme has no ability to set itself to its first state if you don’t hit “Reset Theme Options” button.
And please make sure you are keeping your theme and bundled plugins up-to-date.

The links can’t be opened and I am not clear about your question. There is no reason for your images disappear if your database or page rolled back to an original state. Maybe images removed from your server.

Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED
We are getting this error, we checked the API and enabled everything. We use similar API’s for different websites and never had this problem so far. We have waited more than a day and tried different api’s but still same problem. We also added the api to ozy Essentials Options.

I’ve built a website with your theme but cant find a way to translate “all projects” that displays when using “project listing” shortcode – where can I do it?

To import essential grid dummy data, you must use the importing tool from essential grid.

Apparently its about your Google Maps API key which you must supply on Settings > ozy Essentials page, and you must configure your API key on Google’s developer console (where you get your key)

The theme automatically inserts tag (meta name=”description”) to posts and while using another plugin for SEO this theme-generated description disturbs. Unfortunately had not find any setting how to disable it. Is the code editing the only way? Regards!

Hi I have purchased this theme for a client about 2 years ago, I have tried loading an update and although the site is ok, if I make a change I get code errors. The other issue is that every time I try to update anything I can not see the visual editor, I can not load in any templates. I just don’t know what is wrong with the template, it is really not user friendly. I even attempted to use HTML side of it and simply used the template inputs and just changed the video link and all I get is the video link not a video to display. Any assistance would be appreciated.

what you want me to pay for something that has failed in your theme after 2 years I don’t think that is fair at all, I never bothered you before and it is nothing I have done apart from updating the wordpress versions. I have used many themes over the years and never had one fail like this ever.

Sorry, but not we but Envato rules the support period system. Anyway, please make sure you have latest version of the theme and bundled plugins too. Take a full backup of your site before processing, just in case.

- Deactivate your license on Visual Composer settings - Deactivate 5.2 plugin - Delete 5.2 plugin - Follow the instructions on auto plugin installer to install bundled 5.1.1 version.
