I uploaded the correct files. This is not the first time I am buying or uploading WordPress themes. I have checked at the link you’ve provided and the 1st step is exactly what I did.

Hi Kim, The theme got Drag and Drop functionality to build your pages and video tutorials are also available to know how to use the Drag and Drop page builder. So, it is actually not difficult to use the theme at all. The support team will inform you about this more.

Hello, google maps aren’t showing and instead it shows this message: “Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.” I assume that it needs google api key but there isn’t any field to apply it at the cms. Any help?
Ok, i found the problem. Problem Solved.
Just a heads up that I started to install the theme (looks great by the way, and the back-end is packed with stuff), but when I went to install WooCommerce I’m getting a notice at the top that some of the theme files may be incompatible.
This is in regards to WooCommerce 3.3.1 (released just a few days ago) and not yet listed on your “Compatible With” list, so I’m by no means complaining!
Just a heads up for a few tweaks down the road. I’ll be running a DIFF here shortly to see if it’s anything special we need to tweak.

Hey guys! I have a pre-sale question. Each time the page loads, it looks as though it takes a moment to load the CSS and it bugs out for a second before displaying correctly. I have tried this across all my browsers as well as mobile and just want to know if it’s a theme issue or a server issue before moving ahead with purchase? Thanks so much! Also, sometimes when the page loads, it’s shifted to the right slightly and you have to reload to center it again?

This loading issues not coming from theme actually. We were using a cache plugin of WordPress, who was eliminating the js files at first point of loading, this is called ‘Remove Render-Blocking JavaScript’ method to increase Page-Speed.
However, we have just disabled that cache plugin, since this was making the visitors (YOU) confused. Now, you should not see these issues anymore when loading the pages.

Hi, Looks like it is a typing mistake (1 ‘6px instead of 16px). It will not create any error in the theme front-end though. Just removing the extra space will make that right. It would be great if you just contact the support team for any kind of issues, since the experts are waiting there for customer help.

Would you please send us a screenshot of the error you see or send us the wp admin login details so that we can check what went wrong there? As promised in the Theme details page we will install the theme in your WordPress and setup your homepage exactly like the Live Preview. We just need your wp-admin login details.

bug in the preview theme? I try to make donation, fill up everything, but when i click “donation now” button, it keep popup alert “Select Donation Frequency!”, but I had already selected the donation frequency. I would like to see what is the process flow when user make donation.
