Hi, breadcrumbs are not supported out of the box, but you can try some breadcrumb plugins.

hello when I try to update a page with an image the code get src=”#” and data-src=”(the right url)” but the image does not show on live what do you think is happening?

Try to disable all of your plugins, the url should be in the src not the data-src attribute.
I deactivate the plugins but now everything is down

I’m trying to configure the corporate theme. I imported the demo version and trying to edit it as per my requirement.
1. I’m unable to change the images on the home screen. Like the hero image etc. Can you please guide me through this?
2. After i imported the corporate demo version, i can see the menu in the front-end, but the menu is not really defined from the back-end. Where is it coming from?
By the way, this theme is really exquisite. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to finish off my website with something amazing!

1, The hero image is a slider, so you can change the featured image under the “slider” menu
2, If you don’t have a menu defined, wordpress automatically use all of the pages as a menu. You should create a menu under Appearance / Menu and set Display location: Header Menu

Hi, you can remove js/scripts.js line 105 to 108, where it says ”// Disable Click if Elements has a children”. Make sure you remove it from js/min/scripts-min.js as well.

1, Not yet, it’s coming with the 1.1 release. 2, It’s possible only changing in the code 3, The hero image is upscaled because of the parallax effect. You can use the Page Builder row or section background image instead, it will give you more options. 4, Never tried it, but I don’t think it will be a problem 5, You can make it underlined in the Customizer / Header / Menu Underline: Show
Plugins installed are the default ones; Contact Form 7, Exquisite Theme Elements and WPBakery Page Builder.

You can remove that part form js/scripts.js and js/min/scripts-min.js line 25 – 35 where it says // Add class to internal links, but after that, the page transition on the links won’t work. If it’s necessary to work, send me a pm through my author page with the FTP and I’ll have a look.
Hi, Im having a trouble with the theme, basically I would like to translate our site, but on the en_US.pot file I cant find the contents that I must translate. Please help us on how to translate content that we made. PS we made the site using WP bakery that is bundled with this theme.
Hi, you want to translate the content that you’ve made with WP Bakery Page Builder? If so, you’ll need a plugin for that, like WPML or Polylang. Translating the pot file is works only the texts in the code. If you want your site to be multilingual you must use a plugin.

I have a little concern, On the agency home template home page as well as the agency services page, the header behaves in such a manner that when you scroll down, the logo and the menu items change and when you scroll back to the very top it changes as well. I am trying to replicate this effect on some new pages I wanna create, but can’t seem to figure out how to do this. can you help direct me how i can achieve this.

There’s a “Header Type” setting at the right bottom corner on every Page, Post, Portfolio, you can simply change to “Transparent Dark” or “Transparent Light” depending the color of your featured image.

Once you’ve created a menu (Appearance / Menus) and checked the checkbox, display location: header menu, you can turn it on/off at Appearance / Customize / Header / Menu.

Sorry, I haven’t received your messages. WooCommerce is not supported yet. It would work with the theme, but the design won’t look good some areas, because it’s not optimized for it.

Hi there, loving the theme but running into a problem with my portfolio pages. In the customize appearance I set the portfolio to featured image header with a mouse icon scroll down. Unfortunately the mouse only appear on existing demo pages that I’ve reworked. Any new portfolio items that I’ve create the mouse refuses to show up. Strangely the small arrow, large arrow, and scroll down text appear when I change those settings but the mouse just won’t display. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey forgot to mention, we’re trying to incorporate a clean Lightbox for videos triggered by a button. Is that something you can add to the theme, or is there an easy way to generate that? Thanks for your help
You can update the theme now. Don’t forget to update the Exquisite Theme Elements plugin as well. Lightbox videos are not supported out of the box, but you can use a plugin, like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-maker/

I’ve checked the missing mouse scroll bug, but it’s working to me just fine. I recommend you to try these:
- Remove cache
- Change the “Hero Font Color” setting to “Dark” or “Light” at the right bottom corner of the portfolio admin page.
- Add a new portfolio instead using the existing ones
- Change the “Hero Scroll Down” setting Appearance / Customize / Portfolio, then change back
You can only use 3rd party plugins like Revolution Slider to have a video background slider or you can add video background in the Visual Composer’s row settings, but not in the slider.

How change language in Exquisite theme? Where is po file to translate?
I’ve updated the theme with the translatable file, it’ll be available soon. You will find it in the languages folder or you can translate the theme with WPML.

I contacted the plugin author who asked me to copy that code : #header { top: 40px !important; } in the style.css sheet. But nothing changed. Do you have a solution about this ?

Hi, can you be a little more specific? Have you tried settings/reading/front page displays? You can change the parent page at the right side of every page where it says “Page Attributes”. What do you mean by “random article appears before the slider”?

Hi, there’s no option for this yet, but it’s coming with the 1.1 release. Right now you can change it only with code. Navigate to plugins/exquisite-theme-elements/includes/slider-item.php for instance and at the bottom of the page you change the flexslider attributes.

My hosting does not allow changing the maximum execution time. Do you have any other way to import the theme?
Hi, I’ve been working on the solution, sorry for the late reply.
So, when you use one click import it basically imports 3 separate files, content, customizer and widgets, but you can import them manually one by one.
The bottom of this page you can find the packages for each demos and there is a tutorial above how you can import them. http://support.sveccdesign.com/exquisite/knowledge-base/first-steps/import-demo/You should try with the “content-without-images.xml” so you won’t have placeholder images in the demos, but without them it might work with your existing server setup.
