I understand that Slider Revolution is a third party plugin that you have a extended licence for an activation is not required by us however since i only purchase theme from you in the last couple days i would have thought that the most up to date version of the plugin would be provided with all the bug fixes kindly advice.

2) WPBakery Visual Composer – I received the following message below ….
There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 5.4.5 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?
However when i try to activate i receive the following message NO LICENSES FOUND when redirected to http://support.wpbakery.com.

5) Since installing this theme my https version of my site is no longer secure when previewing site it is loading as Info or Not secure symbol in browser rather than the padlock.

1. You can just upload smaller sized logo in the Elated Options > Logo > Mobile Logo.
I see you’ve uploaded way too large logo, 7000px.
2. and 4. Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. This is explained in details in following Envato article: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins3. Please note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical to a theme functionality, and we’ve tested this version of our theme, and it’s working fine with latest WooCommerce.
With the new theme update, we will release the updated templates. If you experience any issues with WooCommerce, you can always downgrade to a known working version that is declared in the “Compatible With” section on our theme page.
5. You can try installing Really Simple SSL plugin to fix mixed content warnings in the console.

After installing the theme several times, you do not see certain blocks, even if they are in the code. For example, you do not see the google map

Hi. I’ve just purchased your theme and installed the demo content. In the top right corner of every page there is “hamburger” icon which changes to a ” + ” icon when I hover. When I click on this a flyout menu appears with :
Sweet Tooth Lorem ipsum…. 1-677-124-44227 info@your business.com 184 Main Collins Street West V. 8007 Social Media icons etc.
Where do I edit this content? I assume its a global setting because its on every page.
In the Elated Options I can see a menu option for “SIDE AREA”. Is this it? Because all that seems to be are options for changing background color etc. How do I override the Default CONTENT ?

Welcome and thanks for taking interest in our theme.
The logo height is determined by the header height. Also, good thing to know if that we utilize retina displays also, so the actual image should be double the size of the desired size. (If you want a logo to be 100px in height, the actual image should be 200px in height).
So, you can use any image size as you wish.

We are not quite sure what you mean by that. But any text can be added to the footer. All our footer content is loaded via Widgets. So you need to go to Appearance > Widgets > find Footer Area and add elements to it.

Hi, loving the them up until now. I have a quick question regarding the Portfolio. How can an item which is seen in the part theme page, be clicked and sent to the single page view of that item? For some reason, even in your demo, when clicking on the item, just the plus ’+’ is shown when hovering over the item, but no button is available to be clicked to go to the single page view. Could you guide me on how to do this? Thanks!

I need to make portfolio (with categories filter) without single page of every item, but i need to make possibility to download a photo of item when i click on title or thumbnail. You can make Portfolio List with Category filter using Portfolio List element with setting Yes for Enable Category Filter in it’s settings in Additional Features tab as shown here https://www.screencast.com/t/isWPoc9Yuj . However, you can not enable quick download of portfolio’s featured images since we have not integrated such functionality. There are two functionalities available on click over Portfolio thumbnail: to open single portfolio page or to open it’s gallery in lightbox https://www.screencast.com/t/rLrdBfKxjr .

Hi! At first- great theme! I really enjoy, that I bought it. I installed theme and now I have one questions. I’ve a problem with menu view. In one computer – Chrome display menu position correctly, but in another / this same screen rosolution/ last position go down, to the second level. I see this problem in my website and your theme also. I can send you a printscreen for both view. Give me advice, how to change it and fix a error.
