The matter is that the theme doesn’t presuppose to function in a mentioned way and desired result requires customization – it can be done using custom css only. Appreciate your understanding.

We purchased Eco Nature in Feb 2017. We would like to replicate this same site (as it is right now) for two other sites. We are trying to avoid installing a new installation of the theme and then format it to the point of where our current site is now.
We would like to use BackUpBuddy to get a full backup and then install that site on the new server area. This would mean we have 1 license but installed three times in total and we know that’s not allowed and we would never think of actually doing this.
Is there a way that we can buy 2 extra licenses so that you are compensated? But then we do the BackUpBuddy thing on our end on the same license we have on our live site and we’ll do that until we have 3 of the same website up and running.
Let me know if this is possible or what you can suggest so that you are compensated and we can replicate our site 3 times.

According to the Themeforest rules you can use one license for one site only. (i.e. in a case you buy a theme once you can use it for building one site only). You can transfer the license you have purchased to the new domain just in a case the site remains the same. Appreciate your understanding.
So if you are going to use the theme on the three sites you need to have the three licenses for it (and purchase the theme two more times).
To replicate the site on another domain I can recommend you to export the content from it so that you can import it afterwards to your new site. Hi there – so you’re suggesting that we install the new theme on the new URL and them import the xml from the exisiting, working site, to the new site. Is this right?
I’m not familiar at all with doing this kind of export/import. Will the import setup exactly as what my current live site will look like? Without any customizations, or tweaks necessary?
When I want to have a website work exactly the same, I normally do this through a plugin called Back up buddy as it works like a charm.
Please advise if imports work this way where I don’t have to go and customize things or check the existing site for settings and then copy/paste them into the new site, etc.

After that you could import the content, the theme settings and the sliders demo content to another domain where the EcoNature theme is activated.

Hello, I use the theme from the day I purchesed it and having troubles from time to time and managing to fix it… Now I have one problem and cant figure out how to fix it… I saw in the previous comments that someone also had the same issue and you responded: ...”we do not have this problem on any of our installations, and also none of the customers have reported this”.... The problem is that most of the time links dont work in the backend… for example, as the prevous buyer 3years ago said: “1. In the Page/post editor, I can’t change to the “heading” tab in the Theme Options. In general, i often can’t click on some buttons!” TY for your response, even dough I didnt renew my support…

Please make sure to use the latest theme version (1.3.7). The issue you have can be caused by the WordPress 4.9 version, and there is a need to update the theme, please download the newest archive from the Themeforest.
The easiest way to update the theme is to rename the old theme as econature-old in your wp-content/themes folder. Then you will be able to upload the new theme econature.zip via the WordPress admin panel and activate it.
You can also update the theme via FTP by copying all files from the unzipped econature folder to your existing wp-content/themes/econature folder, so that the new files will overwrite the old ones.
After the theme update, please proceed to Appearance > Theme Plugins, and update all the suggested plugins. Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

Issue with menu importing can be caused by the restrictions set on your server or by the WordPress importer plugin error. But please note that you shouldn’t worry about it because our menu is just an example one and should be substituted with your own in any case. You can easily create needed menu and set it as a Primary navigation.

I’m accually rebuilding a website started one year ago on this theme. It used to work perfectly but now i can not make any changes in the pages, nothing is recorded, also in the previsualisation.
For now I just tried to desacivate all extensions to see if there’s a conflict, but it doesn’t work. I precise i’m a newbie on wordpress so any help yould be great.

We can’t see such issue on our end, most likely such problem is caused by cache. We’d advise you to clear it (deactivate and activate cache plugin, ask your hosting provider to clear the cache on the server, refresh the page with Ctrl+F5) and check how settings are applied. The wp-content/themes folder can be found on your server, so there is a need to connect to it via FTP. In case if you don’t know your FTP credentials please contact your hosting provider.
To update the theme without FTP there will be a need to delete the previous theme version and upload the new one. But please note that if you edited the theme files, all your customizations will be lost.

Hi there – We love your theme and support. Sadly though our support is over and we’re an NPO so we don’t have a lot of funds. We have your theme and wanted to check if the newest release will help with a Google Chrome browser issue. Our menu jump to menu on our 1 page site has stopped working in Google Chrome. No other browser has this issue. Is there a fix in the new version of the theme? We’re really nervous about upgrading anything as we’re not sure how it stopped working in the first place. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi – thanks so much for your reply. I moved the site to a test server last night. Uploaded Econature 1.3.7, upgraded all plugins and WordPress and still had an issue in Chrome. I just upgraded to Econature version 1.3.7 on the live site and no luck in Chrome. Do I have the right version of your theme? What could be going wrong? Thanks so much.

Such functionality isn’t available, though you can use a third party plugin for this purpose, we just can’t recommend any at the moment as we haven’t tested mentioned plugins compatibility with the theme (but sometimes plugins work fine just out of the box). Appreciate your understanding.

To change the Blog style please choose needed layout in the Blog shortcode settings.
If your Blog page is selected in Settings – Reading as a static post page no changes will be applied to it. You see, default WordPress functionality doesn’t have a possibility to select Blog layout on page, so blog feeds are generated in a such way – you pick one page, where all the posts will be placed. But overall page displaying can’t be changed.
In case when you’re having theme like Eco Nature there’s actually no necessity to add any page in Settings – Reading, blog functionality is already received via specific shortcode.
We’d kindly ask you to log in with the account the theme was purchased with, so that we could see “Purchased” and “Supported” tags. Appreciate your understanding.

if you have https enabled in your wordpress site, eco nature plugin gallery doesnt work (because the ilightbox script is not called on https), if you click on an image to enlarge you get the error:

i am actually using version 1.3.7 of the theme. when you look in the latest 1.3.7 econature\js\jquery.iLightBox.min.js you’ll see the ilightbox is ”@version: 2.2.0 – September 23, 2014” and not updated with the newer theme version, there you can see also the insecure call with http.

It will be the first time I install woo commerce on a theme that’s not having any example page of design. I see on an other thread that you refer to the woo commerce page plugin. Beaver Builder isn’t included in the theme package and we can’t guarantee its compatibility with the theme, as we haven’t implemented such compatibility tests. Though we can’t deny mentioned plugin will work properly with our theme.
For the demo we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Eco Nature is the same. We’d also kindly advise to check other videos under Features menu item to see other composer and overall theme options. Our customers usually use exactly Cmsmasters’ Content Composer, as they are absolutely satisfied with it.

Slider Purchase code is not working

Theme purchase code won’t be accepted in slider as it refers to a completely another product. As developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Slider plugins, slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we cannot provide it. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest. Or you can always contact us to get the latest slider version via email.

The state field is hidden during checkout on WP 4.8.2. Running ECO version 1.3.
More… something in the theme CSS is interfering with WooCommerce’s Select2 JavaScript file, causing the state field at checkout, to disappear. It is actually still in the code, and if you disable the declarations associated with .select2-hidden-accessible you’ll see the field re-appear. However, this is not the fault of WooCommerce. It is the fault of the ECO theme. If you enable the default 2017 theme, the issue goes away. It is not a plug-in conflict, as I moved all the plug-ins to a disabled directory except for the woocommerce plug-in and the issue persisted.
I was able to resolve it, by dequeuing the Select2 script. In the child-theme functions.php, I added this:
