Hi I just recently purchased and activated the the Theme. Imported a demo and made changes to make it fit my site. The one thing i noticed and i am not sure when was that the menu bar at the top went away. The one with the soundrise logo. Not sure how or why but it went away. When i attempted to make changes in the Soundrise Options for Menu Options nothing seem to bring it back. I went to apperance and saw that item was empty and i put in the only menu item avaule but that brought up some plain text menu not the one that was their previously. I just want the menu bar back. Right now i have no naviation.

Are you sure you have a menu set in wp-admin > appearance > menu > location?

Hi there, You can remove the logo with some custom css. Please add this code into the wp-admin>soundrise>custom css/js>custom css field #menu-main-menu .logo, site-logo{display: none;}
About the newsletter, you can add padding or margin on the page builder element. I cant be more specific for now because I dont know which demo you are talking about.

Ok thanks, I’ve got more questions. How to add a music player button on the slider of the homepage? How to find back the plugins of the original theme that I deleted? How to change and edit on another theme while saving the current theme? And do you have other ways to contact you for support more conveniently?

Create a button or a link to execute the audioplayer. Select this element and click on the “action” tab. On the “click” action as CALLBCAK add this code: IRON.players0.play(); But dont forget to add a player in the current page.
You can download all plugin bundled and required to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins.

Yes you can. However for radio stream, you will have to use a mp3 file format. Your streaming service need to provide you a mp3 file otherwise it won’t work with our custom player.

Increasing the size of the logo can be done by simple custom CSS. Although providing any assistance for customized/extensive design or script coding is outside our item support, I can help you out with the CSS code because this is just a simple tweak. Kindly copy the CSS code below to your Custom CSS section (SOUNDRISE > Custom CSS).

First of all, great theme! Quick question… how can I change the ORDER BY results for the release page and artists page? I’d like to have my releases (playlists) ordered by release date (or post date) and my artists ordered by post date. Would also like to do this on the home page as well. Thanks in advance!

The regular license cost $64 and automatically include a 6 months support. The support covers help with the theme and bug fixes if you find any. It doesn’t cover help for personal customization or third party plugins integration.
It’s give you also access to updates for lifetime of the product.

i just buy the theme but i’ve a problem. in artist profiles (social links) there is no iTunes.. this is the most important things for artist profile. Spotify, SC is ok but we need Tidal, iTunes, Deezer, Amazon Music, Saavn and other retailers links..

Good Day to IronTemplates, just bought your theme and must say its very powerfull and i really like the whote structure of it e.t.c BUT I have a problem with the revo slider it does not seem to work and is outdated. Here the issue code:

I dont know why you had such error but I have fixed it by deleting rev slider plugin, and install it again..now it seems to works fine.
Perhaps that some files were corrupted when you installed it the first time..

We have not yet implemented woocommerce in our demos, but the plugin is compatible with Soundrise. But you need to know playlist posts cant be sync with a products. So you need to recreate a protuct for all playlists. You can also use a service as iTunes , cdbaby, etc.. to sell your music. It is very easy to add a link on each track from soundrise.

In our case need to sale .wav files as .zip archives (Audio Assets) formats. Woocommerce much better for this I think.

I would like to use the Release grid fulldwith page.
In the example, we need to click once to enter a new page with the soundclouds links or an intern player like in the artist example. But I don’t want to have to click to open a new page. I want to play the music straight away.
Is it possible to click on the image with the name on it directly to launch the music player?

Good question. For now, it’s not possible to do that since it’s requires custom jacascript on each of the grid to fire the player.
We are planning to add this feature on a future release but it’s not ready yet.

If the mp3 is, by exemple, 4mb, your browser needs to “download” in the back end 4mb of data which can takes around 3 to 6-7 seconds depending your Internet speed. Then the Visual fx is displayed.

I have purchased soundrise and I have a problem with the license of Visual Composer. WP Bakery says that I don’t have license. How can I fix this?

Sometimes, plugins will ask you to enter a Licence Key or API Key. Well, you don’t need a licence key or API key to activate it. The plugin will still work even if you don’t have that licence key.
The licence key or API key is only used for automatic updates offered by the plugin authors and is available if you purchase the plugin for yourself at codecanyon.net
Since we include the plugin directly (for free) into our theme, we made sure the plugin is 100% compatible with the theme. If you decide to purchase the plugin license for yourself and update the plugin, the theme might break.

I want to make a site like SounCloud or BandCamp, where the user itself (being the user a band or a musician) could upload and customize the sound files itself. Is that possible with this template? UPDATE—- I had to install plug ins ONE BY ONE, because the BULK action was not installing all of them. Now that I’ve done it one by one, I see the theme Options.

I manually uploaded the theme and I don’t see any of the SoundRise options in the WP dashboard, just the plugins.
Also is there a way to use CODE in functions or somewhere that I can add to imitate the functions of some of these plugins as there are quite a few. And I don’t like too many plugins on my theme as it makes it load too slow.
