Hi there, great theme.. Just got a slight issue with the main header. As soon as you go on the site, the menu shows up in black text then vanishes for some reason. It doesnt do it on any other pages just the home. Here is the staging address ;-) http://highalt.omnisearch.uk/

The issue is server-related. You most likely have Safe mode or allow_url_fopen = Off in PHP settings or outgoing server requests are forbidden in firewall.

The issue can be solved by adding the following line:

php_value allow_url_fopen On

- to .htaccess file on your FTP

or

allow_url_fopen = On;

- to php.ini or php5.ini file on your FTP.

If the issue still persists, please submit the support ticket at https://themerex.ticksy.com/ with your site URL, Wordpress admin login credentials and Hosting Cpanel login access so that we can import the dummy data into the database in an alternative way for you.

Hi, I’ve been trying to put a support ticket in on numerous occasions only to be told that I didn’t have the correct purchase code. Well, I did, and it still won’t let me lodge a support ticket. Please don’t send me a link where to lodge the support ticket, because it’s the same place that says I don’t have the correct purchase code. Very frustrated, and it’s wasting not only my time, but a waste of the time that’s taken away from me building this website. I bought this theme to save time when it’s now actually costing me more time.

Also: 1. Where can I get the pictures from this theme without the letter ‘C’ in them? Does it cost money to buy them, if so how much, and where?

2. I’m building out this theme in my ‘demo store’, and then will propagate the website to my client. Is there anything special I need to do?

Hi, nice theme. I see Photoswipe is used, which is nice. But not in the gallery, only in the shop? Do you have a shop product example with more than one image?

There is no gallery added by default on the theme demo. But you can add the gallery images to your products easily in the admin panel. We have tested it on our local installation to show how it can be done and provided you with the screenshots of how it will display on the product page in our previous reply. Hello! After six months of purchasing this word process, suddenly the contents of the menu bar do not open. All pages in the menu do not open except for home. It shows “Not Found- The requested URL /medical/ was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”. Hey there, I bought this item yesterday, and had to see that the VC / WPBakery plugin is kind of broken since it’s not working … the editor doesn’t show the buttons for “backend edit” “frontend edit” “classic edit” and so on. And if I hit “edit with WPBakery” on a frontend page, it takes to backend, but with and broken interface.

I got several other themes using the VC / WPBakery – all just working fine. I saw that the last update is just a few days old, maybe you guys broke something?

I can not ask for support because supposedly my purchase code is not valid, I lost a lot of time and I’m really tired. It had never happened to me. Please help, but do not ask me to open a ticket because I tried it since yesterday and it does not work. I have another question regarding ‘promo’ module you’ve created for this theme. You listed some icons but i would like to use my own icons. Where can i upload it to be available in service icon option? I would also wanna know how to disable link from this module to item description. We have updated the Visual Composer version in the most recent Jacqueline update – Version 1.2.9.

We have emailed the new Visual Composer version 5.4.2 to your email sebastianm@kraken-ec.com. Please download the js_composer zip which is attached to this email and unzip it into the js_composer folder. Then go to wp-content/plugins directory on your FTP, rename the current js_composer folder and upload this new downloaded one.

As for submitting the ticket, please make sure you submit it into Jacqueline | Spa Massage Salon Theme category, not Jacqueline | Spa Massage Salon Site Template (which is the HTML version of Jacqueline theme, you’ve bought the Wordpress one).

The blog streampage is set to display all categories by default.

Please check this Wordpress tutorials to learn how you can exclude certain category from your blog page:

It is also possible to add just certain category for the Menu (as on the default theme), not the blog page, but the category which will display posts assigned to this category only.
