If you want to change the footer color then you need to make some custom CSS from Appearance > Editor.
Tips: To write custom CSS, first activate the child theme.

You will find the color change option from Seline > Typography. You will notice a base color were you able to change the default color of “Seline” theme. Thanks for purchasing our “Seline” theme. To modify the typography: first, you have to install all the necessary plugins then you will find a navigation menu on WordPress Dashboard with the name of “Seline”. You will find all typography and others important options. To get page template you will need to import demo content. After setup all plugins, you will find a navigation menu called “Install Demo Content” under Tools. Navigate there and hit install. It will import all the home pages and others pages also.
