Hello, how can I track when some one join to a course? that is because I am doing a campaing on gogole adwords and I need to set remarketing lists but I cant find a way to set an event or something to indicates adwords that someone join a course because when people take a free course they are redirected to course and that is great but I need to trak it, What i do always is that i set a thank you page and I say google analitycs that people who visit this pages is a conversion but in this case, what can I do? thanks.

There is a solution. When a course is enrolled, an email will be sent to those students, the instructor, you can edit those email templates (insert Thank You page or analytic link…). Please go to menu LearnPress / Settings / Emails

Right now those students will get an email about the event registration, and that’s all.
And we don’t support the option yet.

Finding the filter is complicated, and I’m not sure I can do that. But there is quick solution. Just contact to your hosting and ask them to increase the PHP max input vars to 10000.

My issue is, as we are trying assign lesson duration as 90 Hours but after saving it takes as only in minutes and displays as 1.30 mints, this us happening same even if we select hours/days/weeks. Request you to please find the attached document and let me know the resolution for same.

Hi, I translated this theme to Vietnamese by Poedit. After uploading the vi_VN.po and vi_VN.mo files to folder /themes/eduma/languages. I’ve used Loco Translate to modify some text again (100% translated). When I enabled Vietnamese language in Wordpress, my website didn’t change. Can you help me to solve this ? Thank you

It’s “vi”, not “vi_VN”
And 1 more thing, you should upload those file to /wp-content/languages/themes/eduma-vi.mo. Your translation will be saved even you update a new theme version

1. I have just checked your courses. It’s caching. Can you ask your hosting manager about the current server cache method? To disable object cache or temporary disable the server cache? In stead, we can using W3 Total Cache plugin.
2. Just go to menu Settings / Page Builder / General then select Course.
PS: You are using SiteOrigin so I disable WPBakery.

Hi, I have installed the theme on my website but its not loading. Initially it was giving me error that min requirement of memory is 256 MB, then I changed in PHP settings to 256 mb. That error is gone but still when I enter the URL in the browser then it does not open the website. It just shows the yellow colored animated image and the center of the screen. Please help.

1. Sorry but I cannot see anything wrong with it, please check.
2. Just go to menu Customize / Widgets / Toolbar then edit the Login widget. I just did
3. Actually, the form (in your Become A Teacher page) is the teachers sign up form. It will send a request to your admin email, then you will able to approve/decline those requests.
