We have no first-hand information about Elementor compatibility. We know that couple of our customers were using this plugin and have not reported any issues.
However if you are using Elementor as your page builder of choice – I cannot recommend purchasing The7:
Thing is all our pre-made websites are built on WPB Page Builder (former Visual Composer) and Ultimate Addons. Therefore you will not be able to take advantage of all the pre-made content (which is a huge part of the value of any multipurpose theme).
So yeah, recommending against my own theme is a stupid thing. But it’s a right thing to do in this case

What about Google Page Speed? Demo site got only 66/100 for mobile and 85/100 for desktop. Otherwise seems to be very descent theme.

Please test different pages of The7: you’ll notice that some of them have better and some much worse scores.
You’ll discover the same tendency with other themes.
It generally boils down to content management. Pages with heavy sliders and lots of images will get worse scores. Since images on demos will be replaced by buyer anyway – there’s no much sense in optimizing them.
Sounds reasonable … One more questions. Do you have idea how to export old WP site withe different Theme into The7 theme? I need to keep same URL structure. And posts-pages (most of them).
It depends. If your current theme is using built-in custom post types -there will be a problem re-creating them.
However if there are no custom post type – you will most probably have to do only minimal adjustments. In this case content, URLs structure and posts/pages will be preserved.
As far as I know I’ve used standard WP post. With WPBAkery Page Builder and Ultimate AddOns. So I think I could give a try. Do you have any possibilty to give opportunity to testrun your Theme?
Unfortunately this is not allowed: theme contains not only our intellectual property, but also plugins which are a part theme package. Moreover we cannot issue purchase codes to activate the theme (Envato does).
BUT if you only have posts/pages built with WPB Page Builder and UA – The7 will work with your content out of the box with no issues.

Hello! I think the7 is the best theme! but I would like to suggest something important.
I understand that we all deserve attention, but I think that the support system should be faster to solve a problem, maybe you can think of a support “online” where you can resolve a matter at once.
In my case, I have 4 days of trying to solve a problem with the new pre-designed theme “Agency”, since it is the only pre-built theme where when I try to update a change, it takes too much time and then gives an error of connection. In the other pre-built themes I do not have that problem, so it’s not something from my connection or from my server. All the system requirements are fine.
The person who is help me, first did not understand the problem, then he told me that he needed full access to my dashboard, then he suggests to increase some values of my server … all this is very good, the only problem is that I have to wait 24 hours between each message or response and, in the end, still could not be resolved. And there is also the language problem, because in my case, English is not my language.
I suggest you think seriously about implementing a system that allows you to solve things like this in less time. Thanks and excellent theme!

This is a great suggestion.
However to implement a “live support”, theme should be priced much higher then $39. This will effectively make us non-attractive for most buyers because very few will want to pay extra for something they don’t really need.
We will consider implementing “live assistance” as additional paid service, though.
I need to change the background colour of the header – but leave the background colour of the logo as white… is this possible? I can only see a way of changing both at the same time…

I have this code appearing in the inspector and it is causing the nav to be off center at specific browser width:

the problem is
primary1. it is moving the rest of the nav about 50px to the right. if I change it to display:none in the inspector, nav is centered.
Can you suggest a fix?

Hi all. Purchased 2nd lic today for client site build; ticket #64740 = getting this error that stops theme it seems saving any chages at all, as the “Design Options” sections doesnt save, at all. This error: Design Options could not be saved. Error: ’//SiteNameChanged!!!!.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/less/shortcodes/vc_social_btns.less?v=5.4.5’ wasn’t found (0)
While I’ve reinstalled theme, and VC plugin, nothings saving in site.
Any ideas?? Any thoughts on when I might see a fix???

Hi guys. I’ve been patient, I think, for 3 days now. Like many others I’m terribly frustrated with the lack of followup support and the 24 hrs between replies = hey, I’ve even gotten up today especially early to try and fit with Safeers timezone, but not even a reply yet toay, which could be good or bad~ Please review my ticket = I need a solution today in order to build with this theme or Armada. As you can see, my latest attempt to fix this was = I deleted WP install at server, reinstalled, loaded fresh download of theme only through Cpanel = activated theme, downloaded a demo, then = same errors as before, so Must be theme code problem. Details in ticket. Like others here, the issue is the theme wont save design changes through the The7 theme options section = a kinda requirement for a theme. Do you have a previous theme version to roll back to, before this issue, that I can build with? Trying to look to all answers/options here folks.

Please do not refer to “many others” when there is only 1 comment from 1 person regarding support time. Moreover theme description clearly states that we respond within 24 hours on business days. We are not going to prioritise your ticket over other people requests.
Hi Dreamteam I wasnt asking, in any way, to be prioritised. As I mentioned, I made sure I was available at the time I’d usually have a reply from support so that I could reply sooner, and my mentioning that I’d not had a reply this morning at that usual time. I understand you must take tickets in rotation, only proper way to do it. I made this comment here because I didnt want to disturb place in queue on ticketing system. Yes you do clearly state its within 24 hours response time.

Nope. That’s a custom plugin. We can provide it to you, but you’ll have to create your own code to populate it.

Make a backup from today. Restore one from yesterday and retrieve that code. Restore todays backup and add that code. But store it in Theme Options > Advanced > Custom CSS to never loose it again.
Can you please restore the old theme panel, or let me choose which i want? It’s now a lot of more unnecessary clicking and scrolling.
