Another quick question. Can I open a YouTube video in a pop-up using the default ‘button’ element from the VC?
You need to add extra code for that. Better use our Video shortcode to open the video as popup.
Is it possible to provide this? I would prefer to have a fullscreen videobackground (trailer) with button to open the full video as pop-up.

when we update the theme, can we just delete the current Bakery theme, activate something like Twenty Seventeen, upload the new Bakery theme, and re-activate that one? Is that the preferred method? Not child theme used or customization done except defined CSS. Please advise.
Yes, that is the right procedure. All your settings made in the theme will be kept. You can check this article for more details.

I am testing the new version 2.0 but I have installed in a testing domain and I forgot to deactivate it before deleting that site and a want to know how to clear that error to install it in one new domain to try it again

I have recently re-installed wordpress on my server to install a clean copy of the Bakery 2.0 theme since I had installed the first time I installed the theme my website stopped working after activating the bakery-shortcodes plugin. However, now that I am on a clean wordpress install, I am unable to validate the theme, it says that the purchase code has been used on another domain. There is no way for me to de-activate the old installation as it was deleted and the new one is being installed on the same domain. Can you reset the purchase code on your end so I can validate my current install? Thank you! Hello, I bought this template for Drupal 7. I have products with variations (taxonomy field with a few terms – i.e size -> s, m, l). My issue is that the product display (built with panels by default) is not updating the price of the product, when the user selects a different variation.
I’ ve built other e-commerce sites using Drupal commerce and haven’t seen this behavior again, so I think that maybe panels is a possible cause for this issue.
How this can be fixed in Bakery template for Drupal?

Is there a problem that we haven’t support time left. But this is a problem of upgrading not a particular problem. So i don’t see the point of extending the support time.
The entire problem is this:
I tried to upgrade form 1.2.6 to 2.0 and i have some issues. In order to work the upgrade i needed to uninstall all the plugins what i had installed then install/enable the theme (2.0) and after that to re-install them. After i managed to enable new version i have some problems in fronted:
- i see a lot of short codes [vu_title, [vu_service_item, [vu_blog_posts, etc
- logo is not the our own, is yours
- colours theme and the “custom code” what i have changed in 1.2.6 are not there
I hope you understand.

That is because Bakery 2.0 has been completely rewritten from the ground and upgrading from previous versions may cause different incompatibilities.
We have made an announcement for that and introduced v1.3.8 for all those who want to keep the theme updated and make sure any part of the site does not break.
We suggest you to start building the site from the beginning in case you want to use the new demos of v2.0 or revert back to the previous version and use v1.3.8 if you just want to update the bundled plugins and fix other minor bugs.

Hi milonga! I have a problem with our Bakery Theme after uptade to version 2.0. Soo.. After update via Envato Toolkit I have fatal error: .../wp-content/themes/bakery/functions.php on line 132 I tried overwrite functions.php by ftp client, but its still doesnt work. Any idea?

In Bakery 2.0, the code was completely rewritten and unfortunately backward compatibility couldn’t be guaranteed. To have an updated theme version you should update to Bakery 1.3.8 which has been packed along with Bakery 2.0.

I installed the demo content. But instead of seeing the products I see:[vu_wc_products query…]
I installed all the required plugins but I have a feeling there is something you are missing in the documentation.
By the way, your guide doesn’t explain how to install demo content you should add it to the documentation.pdf, I didn’t know where it was and had to spend a little time looking for it.
You should install WooCommerce plugin to fix that.
