I have a site made with RT-Theme 17 Responsive Wordpress Theme, and I used a lot of the custom post-tipe made by you for the products. I wanted to know, is it possible to migrate to this new theme without losing data? all the products that I have in the old theme would remain in this too? images and descriptions, over all now I’m using wpml for multi-language, putting rt19 all the inserted products would remain in both languages? thank you so much

You’ll keep all the product data, tabs, categories but you’ll need to assign the images once again as RT-19 using different image gallery than RT-17.

The “X” button appears only when the design style 3 or 4 selected. Design style 1-2 are using another menu icon. Check this one for example http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/

Thank you. Yes I can do this, but my client using this theme is not that familiar to any HTML. Any for point of ease, is there a way to enable an editor like elsewhere in a WordPress theme? A snippet that will turn it to on?
Actually, we disabled the rich text editor for a reason, especially noob users can easily break the carousels if they put any extra content by using the editor. But, you can replace the /wp-content/Plugins/rt19-extentions/inc/metaboxes/testimonial_custom_fields.php with this one https://cl.ly/3m1c1V1v1y2Q to enable it. Using simple features like bold, italic, links etc. is totally safe.

Image background in the left sidebar will not go away.. even if I don’t see it in the customize options of the theme… I have flushed all history and cookies and I have no cache running?? Any idea?

After the last Woo update I seem to be having an issue with the add to cart feature where the item is added, but it just sits and spins. I checked the error in the console and this is what I’m seeing:

We have developed an application for android and ios, where clients/patients can search for any health related professionals ( doctors, dentist, pharmacy, nutrition, gym, clinic, hospitals etc…..) as per region, distance, specialized in, and select on of them to have a look at there profile page ( which includes profile pic, clinic pics, health plan they accept, available time, google/waze map for direction, and a call button ) they can call to schedule for an appointment,
We saw your medical theme website, its impressive, we would like something similar, along with a management system for our clients, where one can log in to manage there own practice, or run clinic and so on,
Apart from the home page, search, about us, blog, and contact us...we need one login page for clients, that includes:
Appointment schedule and reschedule
SMS send and receive to and from patients
Electronic health records
Know when patients arrive at the clinicRequirements for the doctors, dentist, gym, nutrition ( all health professionals )
Dashboard with calendar/ Revenue graph
Patient management
Appointment booking and management system
Inventory management
Communication with patient about schedule and medication
Payment report and expenses

When wp updates and plugins update, themes have to follow on their code changes. It means that this developer is active on developing and working on his theme. He cares for it and wants all his customers to be happy without having new issues because of other peoples code changes. Wordpress is famous for changing codes and removing functions. Even after the last release candidates. So developers aren’t even aware of these last minutes changes. They discover it after such release.
The last wp release was followed by two updates of the visual composer as they missed two mayor code changes caused by the WP update. Would you prefer a crippled visual composer for more then a week? How angry will you get?
Advice: Dont update wordpress and the themes and wait for a month after updates are released then you dont have to redo your work in case multiple updates happen. You can add code into your wp-config.php to prevent auto updates from happening. A good designer knows such.
I believe your reply is vary narrow minded and disrespectful. You are only viewing it from your perspective. Designers that only want to have no or less work. Stop complaining !
Note : I do develop many websites which using rt19 and i always buy the themes in my clients name. None of them are complaining or having issues with updating. They just use the envato theme installer. They update themselves ! All code changes are in a child theme. This is how a “good” developer does it !

Although most people will spit on my face…c’mon, really? an update every 10 days? Do you think your customers are web-designers or coders that just sat and staring at monitors waiting for updates? I think frequent updates is not as good indicator as its believed to be.

First WooCommerce then WordPress released major updates and we had to update the theme to make it compatible. Also, we are updating the theme when the included plugins updated like revolution sider or visual composer. After all, we are doing it for our clients to make sure their website works well with the most recent versions. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi, I just bought your theme. Visual Composer plug in prompts me saying that I do not have a regular license for updates. I thought this theme would have come with a regular Visual Composer add-ons

The plugin has been included in the theme with a theme license. You can’t activate the plugin with the purchase code that provided when you bought the theme. You’ll be able to update the plugin when the theme updated. Always use the VC version that comes with the theme.
