Hi, I really like your theme and I am considering to buy it. But I have a question: is it possible to have a products list only with products names, prices and other paramaters (like brands, ...)? There are two types of contact forms. The default contact form, which is not customizable, you can only change the delivery email address. The other one is Contact Form 7 plugin. You can create any form with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
You can import this file https://cl.ly/3241443R1b1u/download/contact-form-7-samples.xml to get some theme compatible form samples ( via Tools -> Import -> WordPress )

I have a site made with RT-Theme 17 Responsive Wordpress Theme, and I used a lot of the custom post-tipe made by you for the products. I wanted to know, is it possible to migrate to this new theme without losing data? all the products that I have in the old theme would remain in this too? images and descriptions, over all now I’m using wpml for multi-language, putting rt19 all the inserted products would remain in both languages? thank you so much

You’ll keep all the product data, tabs, categories but you’ll need to assign the images once again as RT-19 using different image gallery than RT-17.

The “X” button appears only when the design style 3 or 4 selected. Design style 1-2 are using another menu icon. Check this one for example http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/

Thank you. Yes I can do this, but my client using this theme is not that familiar to any HTML. Any for point of ease, is there a way to enable an editor like elsewhere in a WordPress theme? A snippet that will turn it to on?
Actually, we disabled the rich text editor for a reason, especially noob users can easily break the carousels if they put any extra content by using the editor. But, you can replace the /wp-content/Plugins/rt19-extentions/inc/metaboxes/testimonial_custom_fields.php with this one https://cl.ly/3m1c1V1v1y2Q to enable it. Using simple features like bold, italic, links etc. is totally safe.

Image background in the left sidebar will not go away.. even if I don’t see it in the customize options of the theme… I have flushed all history and cookies and I have no cache running?? Any idea?

After the last Woo update I seem to be having an issue with the add to cart feature where the item is added, but it just sits and spins. I checked the error in the console and this is what I’m seeing:

We saw your medical theme website, its impressive, we would like something similar, along with a management system for our clients, where one can log in to manage there own practice, or run clinic and so on,
Apart from the home page, search, about us, blog, and contact us...we need one login page for clients, that includes:

SMS send and receive to and from patients
