Hi there. I’m having some trouble adding a Paralax background to sections. I’ve watched your tutorial video and it looks like I should have the option for Parallax backgrounds on all SX sections, however I only have the option to add regular backgrounds (Please see screenshot – https://www.dropbox.com/s/fqczijjdy8i3oxa/Screen.png?dl=0 ) do I need to enable Parallax somewhere or is there a larger issue here? Use button which in the blue border on you screenshot. If you insert only one image, it will be shown without animation, but with parallax effect on scrolling. If your insert more images, it will be animated. You can insert one image twice, then it will be animated also.

Free auto embed service are used in the editor, but it have some restrictions. Sometimes it lead to the problems. Just copy/paste code from YouTube site which declared for your video by YouTube as code for embeding. To insert this code turn editor to source mode via toolbar.
Issue with auto embed was fixed in the last version of Skrollex. You can download update.

Try to disable all third-party plugins, or see error messages in the server error log and browser console or post link to your site.

Good Morning, We have some problems with the Skrollex theme. Would you please help us?
1. The header menu does not appear in the mobile version, it has disappeared, so we have to use the extended menu. 2. We need to know how to activate and disactivate the preload function of the theme. 3. We also have doubts updating layers on the pro version. We have bought it but we cannot install it.

1. On mobile devices you should see two burger menus if they not empty. If you can’t see this, please post link to your site. 2. The preloader can’t be deactivated via theme settings. It can be disabled via Additional CSS if you have coding skills, but it will bee look bad. 3.Layers Pro not required for Skrollex and Skrollex does not tested with this plugin. This plugin can be useful with other WordPress theme, but I think it makes no sense to use it with Skrollex. I have never used this plugin and I can not say exactly what it gives. In any case please read documentation for Layers Pro or ask Layers developers about how to use it.

Please could you give us more information about the framework?. It does not work well (doesn’t save the modifications). Because of that, we want to update it, but we do not know how do it.

But it is not recommended.3) Layers Pro is not came with Skrollex. It is extension for free version of Layers, but Skrollex required only free version of Layers. May be this extension can be useful with other Layers themes if it declared in the documentation, but all supported features works without this extension in the Skrollex. If you want to install Layers Pro, please ask developers of Layers about it.

Only text colors can be dynamically changed. If you use image for logo you should change color of border or color of logo so that they do not merge.

Hi there I just downloaded the $41 Skrollex – Creative One Page Parallax theme. After uploading I get an error message saying “Skrollex- The parent theme is missing. Please install the “layerswp” parent theme.”

How do I remove the social media links on the left side? And how do I change the names of the filter menu above the “section-cols layout-fullwidth gallery-grd”?

Delete social links via settings in the Customizer. Change filter names in the SX Section / Column / Display / Filters. You can use only one background video per page via SX Background Video widget. Video will be displayed on all transparent sections.

Strange, but you have not displayed as a buyer. Navigate to blog page via Customizer, then change it via widgets on left panel.
Hi Community. In Skrollex theme, when the page reloads, it shows a spinner and waits until the page loads completely, then shows the page. How can I remove the spinner and show the content of the page while the browser is rendering styles and scripts at start?

Some Google recommendations are difficult to implement on sites with a large number of images, effects and animations, but the main way is: optimizing images, reducing their number, using CDN services. You can use WordPress plug-ins to optimize images and content, but keep in mind that Skrollex is not tested with third-party plug-ins and some may not work.

There is no such feature. Only via javascript if you have coding skills. but it is not simple and not recommended.

1) You can insert all WordPress widgets inside page content. You can use standard widget which usually used inside sidebars or use third-party widgets for this purpose which you can install via plugins.
2) There is no such function. You can hide columns only via custom CSS if you have coding skills.

Подскажите пожалуйста по поводу блока “our work”, у меня этот блок называется “наши работы” https://woodhouse.shop/#work, я уже накидал фотографий на 5 строк, пока что это выглядит нормально, но когда там будет фотографии на 10 строк, это будет не очень, предусмотрена ли у вас кнопка под строками например “all foto”, чтобы бы было например 5 строк, а под ними кнопка “all foto”, на нее нажимаешь и открываются еще фото?
К сожалению, нет. Такой функции не реализовано. Только на несколько страниц разбить и ссылки самому прописать.

I have tried to diagnose why my home page takes so long to load by looking through past comments, but I can not find resolvement for my issue. I removed a background video and replaced with a photo and it is still super slow. Please help! www.sweetheartplanners.com
Time is spent mainly on loading images. You can see it in details via Chrome. Press Command+Option+J on Mac or Control+Shift+J on Windows/Linux. Then click Network. Then click ‘Disable cache’. Then reload page.
So the takeaway is that I have too many images? Besides removing some what will allow the page to load quicker? Changing their resolution?
Yes, and also you can optimize images via compression option. You can use WordPress plugins to limit resolutions of uploaded files and for optimizations.
Hello, I purcased your theme and it’s great, but I have some issue in customizing SX Section content with Layers and I need an help: #1 As you explain in your Format Text tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hV8uaxmeZj0 – when I focus on a text field in a SX Section I should be able to see the text formatting toolbar and I can’t write or edit anything (here a screenshot: http://oi68.tinypic.com/2nh1dmp.jpg ); how can I fix it? #2 I have some problems with Wordpress shortcodes theme (contact form in #contact section and overlay button in #who-we-are section): to show the contact form I installed Contact Form 7 plugin and I used its shortcode, but for the #who-we-are overlay button I don’t know how to fix it; do you have some suggests?
Skrollex Extension should be installed. You can see notification message about this and link in the admin panel. Also try to deactivate all third-party plugins except Contact Form 7 and Easy FancyBox. If it is not resolve the problem, see error messages in the browser console and see server error log. To see browser console in Chrome press Control+Shift+J on Windows/Linux or Command+Option+J on Mac. To see server error log, ask your hosting provider about where it located. You can also use WordPress plugins to see server log.
If this does not allow you to determine the cause of issue, you can provide me with a temporary login to the admin panel.
