Just bought your theme. I’m working on a website with easyphp in localhost. I couldn’t install the external “to be paid” plugins : revolution slider and visual composer. I actually managed to install visual composer since it’s including in the .zip but I can’t install the other one …
The error message is : (translated from french) PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10).

I found you have woocommerce version and Magento version for this theme. I am wondering if I can first build a website with your woocommerce version. Then later buy your Magento theme and convert the woocommerce version into magento version when I have more products? I found there is service that one can transfer websites from Woocommerce to Magento. If yes, are all the size of pictures are the same in Woocommerce version and Magento version?

On the new update, i am trying to use the Kuteshop:tabs to creat a default style item. On the “filter options” i select my image and product category. After i save, this section goes blank as if nothing was saved. I try it again, and it wont save.

For people who use the version 1.x, we will support them following the version 1.x. Similar to who use version 3.x
We will not support and fix the issue for who use the version 1.x upgrade to version 3.x.
However, inside the “Mainfile” file has a documentation folder, you can open it and read the instruction. There is a part inside that documentation guide how to upgrade from version 1.x to 3.x

The upgraded version 3.x is totally different compare to version 1.x which already is noticed in the description of the theme. We do not warranty for the issue when people upgraded from version 1.x to 3.x.
Inside the documentation we only can guide the basic thing when people want to upgrade from ver 1.x to 3.x. We can not provide the documentation for the whole parts of customer’s customized theme.

What is the Magento 2 site width setting for Demo 1? Because the site width looks much larger on your demo then when I have installed it on my standard Magento 2 settings.

If you can not wait to use version 3.x, you still can use current version 1.x. We still support that version. After using version 1.x, if you want to use version 3.x we will help you to install the theme, but you have to build the homepage again by yourself.
