Hello, I am trying to reinstall this theme on my wordpress 4.9.4 website which uses PHP 7. As soon as I try to activate the theme I am getting a 500 error and am unable to access any part of the website again until I manually uninstall the theme. My host provider says that this theme needs to be updated to be compatible with PHP 7. Anything you can do to help here? Thanks!

please contact our support in forums about this. http://support.skywarriorthemes.com/ they will send you the files. I’ve asked them to check dev version (which was used for themeforest uploading) and they said all the files are there.
I downloaded it twice to be sure it wasn’t an extracting or FTP issue and be sure it is not there. Demo folder not there and there are 3 posts on your support forum asking for this demo files so please don’t telle me the package is full and correct.
And moreover (for future customers attention) no reply from your team simce 3 weeks on your forum regarding this problem.

But there is no admin.js script in theme files. This file is available in version 2.2.

I dont want to be an ass, but if you or your team will not fix that errors the next 2 days then i will refund. The website theme is amazing and its nice and i love this theme, but if you mean that after the sale its not you problem, than in this case i have to be an ass

When will you update the theme? I have problems with woocommerce, it is not compatible with the new version and if you activate the plugin the web stops working.

A week has passed and they have not updated the theme, if they do not update it, it does not work with woocommerce, it gives an error in the general web.
Developers are working on update at the moment. I gave you the rough ETA, not the exact one. Please be patient, it is nearly done…

Hi Sky warrior, More than a half year ago i have bought a theme by you. But i have never use it but now i want to do that only i dont have support anymore. I have a question, i have follow the steps on the documentation but the second step ,. one click install crash my site. http://vanugisvooru.nu .Than i need to re install wordpress again, if i install the plugins first and than click on on click install it will change my username and password from the demo and i cant login anymore. Well that’s not true. You have two premium plugins (Visual Composer and VC parallax backgrounds), completely free with the theme. Nothing else is required to be purchased. And demo is 100% the same.
Demo for arcane uses a different menu (not included), a slider (not included), Visual Composer is included but you still have to purchase a licence, the paid tournaments and extra tournament types are two separate addons which aren’t included….
First of all Arcane is theme that is not selling on ThemeForest. This is Blackfyre theme section. Second you don’t have to buy licence with VC, and other things are clearly stated in selling page and not required for theme to work.
Well you are advising people buy arcane here as well. And the menu looks similar. Also I would raise the issues I’m having with arcane but I’ve emailed you with no response and currently your website isn’t allowing people to login…

As Zorz informed me, this was resolved through Skype. News block was different due to 1/2 + 1/2 row distribution instead of 7/12 + 5/12 which we are using. And twitch issue will be fixed in next theme update, but hotfix was provided. File with fix can also be found in forums.

If you talk about logo .psd, only half of logo is in .psd, other half is css.

Actually I don’t mean the logo I mean the header images. But it’s ok I can easily recreate those.
As for the tournament plugins, do you know when these will be implemented and will it be a free update? I may wait to purchase until these are added.
There is no .psd for header images. Also most of images don’t come with demo import because of copyright.
Implementation of tournament in Blackfyre doesn’t have ETA for now. It will be based on Arcane theme tournaments, so once we implement everything we planned in Arcane, it will be added to Blackfyre. Tournaments will be part of Blackfyre, so they will be free. I can’t give more details about that now since I don’t have more info.
