Your support link doesn’t work. When trying to submit a ticket with this theme and syncing with Envato it gives an error and doesn’t allow us to go through with the ticket. Your import data option doesn’t work, the import folder is CHMODDED to 777 and 755 – doesn’t work. Tried installing WP Importer and it wont install the images. Please advise. Thank you!
Also… Where are the updated versions of the theme? I don’t have Home 12, 13 or 14 in my download which I just purchased today….

There is no Home 12, 13, or 14 in the download. There is no Home 12, 13, or 14 on the demo server. When installing off of YOUR server FullHouse Sample – There is no option to select the home page slider 1. Furthermore, you have provided Home 8, Home 9, Home 10, sample data packs, but that is the highest it goes. Please explain to my what I’m missing here. In my downloadable file – they are missing. On your server, they are missing. This isn’t an error on my end. Any Themeforest admin can clearly see how many themes I’ve purchased & I must say that this is turning into one of the most bizarre and frustrating purchases I’ve made in years. It’s going on 3 weeks now and you’re not understanding what I’m asking. In addition, why in your screenshot are you showing me something (which I don’t even have access to after importing) that doesn’t say Home 12, Home 13 or Home 14. Your extire structure is built around Home ”#”. All the way up to 10 in fact. Where is Home 12, Home 13, Home 14. Thank you!

Hello, I did what you said uninstall the plugin, I went back to the previous version of the zip version 5.0.1 but I’m still not in my wopress panel, (if it is within the list of installed plugins), but when editing a page, the composer view option does not appear as before. I want this that there is a category in features in which i have sub category also and so on. so what i want is that if i select a main category in select box then automatically all its sub category will come in next drop down box and so on. Or you can help me with other option that a select box with check box comes with category and its sub sequent categories, Select taxtmony is not right option for that. because its not categoriesed the category with its subcategory its showing me all category in single drop down box.

Hello: As I had problems when I bought the template to install the home I liked, that were not included in the package, I deleted all the data from my accommodation and installed a new wordpress and then its new template, which is in my Describes section. Hi i am interested to buy this theme. But i need some customisation on it, 1- i dont want any membership, second i want the submit property form first and when user click on submit button at that time user need to register and login, third point i want the type of property option after Location selection option in the search form and it should be same for both all the device.
