Hello, I bought the wordpress theme Waldo in 2019 and used it on my site (www.aeb.com). I was having problems with the hosting company, and needed to change to a new one, with a new site, with a new domain.
I deleted everything from my old site. I tried to install Waldo in my new site (flevra.com), but when I type my purchase code I get a message saying “Your key has been installed on another domain (aeb.one”
Is there a way to transfer this license? The old site does not exist anymore. I just would like to use my same license in my site.

Before moving to the other domain/ Uninstall WordPress setup, you need to deactivate your purchase code from the About Waldo option.
For now I reset your purchase code. You can use it again.

a while ago I bought the Waldo theme and I was testing on a domain that is already expired. To access all the functionalities, I registered the theme with the purchase code and when the domain registration expired I forgot to delete the web created with your theme and remove the registration code to use it later.
Now I have tried to install the Waldo theme again in another domain to create a different website but the following message pops up: “Your key has been installed on another domain (newweb.shop/salvaespin)”
I no longer have the domain registered in my name, so I have lost the code and the template license with it. Hi there I am thinking of buying Waldo as it’s a really cool theme but I have a couple of questions and issues I hope you can answer…
1. Are there any options for HEADER TYPES other than the yellow icons? Can I show the company logo all the time in header area and on MOBILE?
2. ON MOBILE, when I go to the SHOP section and try to TOUCH gently on product images to bring up the HOVER STATE, it does not seem to work and I can only tap to go to product detail page. Is this something you are aware of and fixing?

Any image I put into a Gallery post is displayed as being “by unsplash.com”, which I’m guessing is the royalty-free photo site you got all your sample images from. Even though I have delete all those sample images the Gallery posts still credit my own personal images as being “by unsplash.com”. How do I change this?

I just installed the Waldo theme and it is asking me to also install several plugins including Contact Form 7, Redux Framework, and Meta Box which I have done. It is also requesting the Visual Composer and Waldo plugins, which I assumed were included in my purchased theme, but I cannot find them. Where are these two plugins located?

Hi I was checked your site but not get any issue for why it’s doing like that. I was tested with another site and it’s working fine. Try to install theme another website and check that. Not in same host service. If there its working fine, then contact with your host company and tell them to upgrade all WordPress scripts for your hist. Thanks
