Hi, I am unable to assign custom width to the logo size in desktop view. Tried changing in CSS still not going beyond 180px.. I want it to be around 290px.

Got it sorted..

theme looks awesome! do you have any plans on adding a Filter for the releases? also, are there Album Categories? this is very helpful for sorting, like Rock, Pop, Electro, etc.

Hi,

The release can be sorted by “artist” and “label”.

Yes, I’m planning to add a filter for the releases soon but I don’t have a specific timeframe yet.

All the best!

Hello. I’m thinking about one of your themes for band website. I would like to construct it also as kind of archive and fansite with historic informations. How are the tour dates builded? Is is custom post, because I would like to put setlists, posters, link to gallery etc? How will the page with events look like with hundreds of them? Is it possible to filter past events, years? Are informations about the venue put manually or it’s possible to have a list of venues like in Events manager plugin? And what about the shop? I’m not familiar with WooCommerce, but is it possible to just put product with a link without any shopping function? Thanks.

Hey there,

Yes, the tour list is based on the “event” post type. You can add as many events as you want and display the past events as well. You can order them by artists. You can’t filter past events by year but this is a functionality that I plan to add.

You can display any content on the single event page.

About WooCommerce, yes, you can create a simple product simply linked to any URL https://demos.wolfthemes.com/loud/product/product-affiliate/

Let me know if you have any other question. I hope it will help!

All the best.

I’ve just uploaded this to my site and now I’m getting a HTTP 500 error…the site can no longer be viewed and to make matters worse, I can no longer login to the site to try and fix it. The site has been fine for years up until now. What could be the issue? Has this theme damaged the site?

Hey there,

The site has been reviewed by TF, is in production on the demo site and many other sites so you shouldn’t have this error. It seems that this is a server side issue.

Before installing the theme, you must ensure that your server fulfills the server minimum requirement to run WordPress and the theme. https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com/article/11651/ https://docs.wolfthemes.com/documentation/theme/loud/

For further help, please post a ticket on the support forum with your website URL and login info and we will reply as soon ass possible.

All the best.

The look of this site is elgante.

The problem is the code. The site is extremely heavy. The lack of a dashboard to edit a site report is a nuisance.

Every time they are needed, there is no website, which is not a press session and is uploaded throughout the house in the area.

Having a website with codes that leaves heavy is sad for a majority of users.

I am dissatisfied with the purchase.

Hi,

I’m sorry you’re not satisfied. Please request a refund here and I will accept it: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

All the best.

That Comment of (tgg1061) say what in my mind. ........................about Main Home

If it could be used for label as is we would have bought it already, as well as over 1000 other people that bought themes like MusicPlay that has over 1400 sales. A label is not just some type of Tag they you use in your theme. Its the top hierarchy of content types. Label > Sub Label > Genre > Artist > Album > Single > Video > Events, etc.

This theme is a good start but its just mostly serves as a Artist based site with several templates names things like Label, Events, etc.

Even when you go the the your Albums pages there are no category or genre filters. These things you could easily add to your theme but you first have to accept that it does not server mid-sized to large labels with multiple genres, sub-labels, artists, singles, etc. If you think it really does then you should show in the templates and page examples so you can get more sales over 1000 more of these. Please let us know if you will add these things for we will buy if they can be in place soon. thanks ..................................................... we suppose to have it in the new update

Hi,

I understand that the theme doesn’t suit your needs and I’m sorry about this.

I note your suggestion and I think I will use that for another new theme. Probably another music theme dedicated to labels/bands listing and such.

To be honest, I don’t plan to add such functionalities to Loud at the moment.

Thanks for your understanding.

All the best.

Should this work on IE (11)?

Hey there,

Yes, it should work with IE, but after checking it, it seems there are minor glitches to fix for full compatibility.

Please note that the theme is built to work with recent major browsers.

All the best.

Is this theme can support Custom font???

Hey there,

The theme offers a Google and Typekit font feature. You can’t add custom fonts out-of-the-box using, for example, an option to upload your font. However, it is easy to use a child theme to add your own custom font and make it available in the font options all around the theme.

I can give you the instructions on how to do it. Also, I provide small customization service like this one for $50.

Let me know if you have any other question.

All the best.

When will the update be here? I also have the problem to filter on label for releases.

Hey again,

This should help if you need this to be fixed right now. https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com//ticket/1412600/

All the best.

I still see no update.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. The update has just been submitted to TF. It will be available in an hour or so.

Kind regards.

Hi there! I’ve met a big problem trying to add some embed players.

Soundcloud : I’m forced to copy/paste the url so I can’t set the width/height of the player. When I try to integrate the embed code, it’s working in the page builder but when I save.. it disappears.

Spotify : Same problem here, I can’t set the height of my playlist. So with a playlist of 2 tracks for example, the height is way too big..

Let me know how to fix it :) Cheers!

Hey there,

The “Embed audio player” module works best with SoundCloud player or Spotify players. Alternatively, you can use the “Raw HTML” element and paste any embed code, as I did in the demo with the Mixcloud and Bandcamp players. Please check the “music players” page forme the demo as an example.

I hope it will help.

Hi ! I’ve used the html brut element to fix the problem, and it’s working :) thanks!

I’ve met another problem though. I added few videos in a category in order to use them in the “videos” element, to display them in a carousel. When I preview the videos seperately it’s working, but when I setup the carousel and preview my page, I get this message instead of my content : “Il semble que nous ne pouvons trouver ce que vous cherchez. / Type your search and hit enter…”

I don’t understand the provenance of the problem as I’ve basically added the videos the same way the demo theme videos are setup.

Let me know, Best.

Hey,

If you use a cache plugin, be sure to flush your cache to see the changes on the frontend.

All the best & happy new year!

Hi, can you please put a new page for music specially, because there are different genre of music in an music industry like( rap, djaz, salsa, rnb), you must think about that in the next update.

No, i’m talking about a music category and under-category of different style of music like you do for the video category in the main page…a music industry must have it…

Check the main Home, click view more videos, you can see indie video, rock video, synthwave video, it should be the same as the releases or single music…it’s very interesting my point of view.

Oh, sure. There is already a label and artist taxonomy for the releases but indeed a category filter would be a plus. I’m definitely considering this for a future update.

All the best.

I am a Sonic theme owner and this new Loud theme seems similar but better on so many levels! It’s the type of changes I’ve been waiting for in the Sonic theme. So, i’m really sad that these enhancements are branched off into another product. My question is are there any discounts for Sonic owners to switching over to this one? Thanks

Hey there,

Indeed there are many improvements and new features in Loud compared to Sonic. Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer coupons or discounts.

All the best.

How to remove WolfThemes copyright in the footer?

Hi,

The copyright text is either set in the customizer -> footer tab if the default footer is used or in the footer content block used as the main footer. https://docs.wolfthemes.com/documentation/theme/loud/#content-blocks

In the case of the demo, the main footer is the “Footer | Default” content block.

All the best.

hi, i can’t install it on my hosting

Hey there,

Please be sure that your server has the minimum requirements and that you install the theme correctly. https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com/article/11651/ I recommend checking the knowledge base for more information about this. https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com/articles/

I hope it will help

Where do I find my templates item ID number so I can install the updated template with my token?

Hey there,

Here is how to find your Item Purchase Code: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822600-Where-Is-My-Purchase-Code-

I hope it will help

Hi there. Theme looks good, clear demo showcasing all the features. My question: does this theme have a setting for a boxed layout? Or is it only full width? Thanks.

Everything featured in the demo is included in the theme package including the album disc element.

You will also find 2 premium plugins included in the theme in full version (WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution).

You only need to purchase a license for these plugins if you need auto-update and support for the author of the plugin.

Cheers!

Great. And multisite compatibility?

Sure! I use a multisite network for my demos

must we download demo content again after update to 1.3.1 ?

Hey there,

There is no need to download the demo content again. Only a few improvements and fixes have been made in the code.

All the best.

Pre-sale question: I’m starting a creative agency for the music industry, can I use this theme for that purpose? If so what’s the best homepage for that? Also, can I change the format of the menus so that they are always showing at the top, like classic wp.

Hey there,

Sure! You can use the theme for that. But note that the theme doesn’t include any portfolio feature. If you need a portfolio oriented theme, maybe you can check out my last theme Hares.

Yes, you can change the “sticky menu” option so the menu always stays at the top.

All the best.

Hey! Love the theme <3 I was just wondering if I can somehow get the Parallax effect you have on your header on the landing page demo in an single image on the page it self?

ok, I found the parallax holder but it doesn’t get me the result I’m after. I was wondering if the image could move within a window instead of moving in a whole. Hope this makes sense

Hey there,

Glad you like the theme! In this case, I would recommend using the column background with a parallax effect. (See the screenshot attached) https://screenpresso.com/=onfM

I hope it will help!

pre sale question: is the theme compatible with buddy press or any other community plugin ? thx

Hey there,

The theme doesn’t include specific styles for buddy press, but you should be able to use it without any trouble.

All the best.
