Im using this theme combined with elementor pro. Everything works as expected so far but in Mobile view, the menu items with submenus dont work. Drop downs open but not clickable, only happens in mobile view. Switch theme and works fine

Thanks for replying so fast but somehow the issue was resolved. I did nothing it just resolved, dont know if it was cache related which i made sure to clear all before posting my previous comment.
I’ve found the problem of not being able to edit or add pages with this new install is due to the Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugin. It is a required plugin so I need to have it activated but it is causing the 404 error on any and every page plus making it impossible to add a page. Please advise!

We just rechecked this on our framework plugin, because as we know the problem was fixed a while ago.
Now, in order to get the latest plugin (which also includes the missing patch for this problem), simply disable and remove Themeslr framework plugin.
Then, go to Appearance -> Install Plugins -> and reinstall it.

I took over a site running Politica, and the preloader made the site seem extremely slow. Going to any page results in a blank screen that lasts for several seconds before the page is displayed.
I turned off the “Page Preloader” slider, and the behavior changed, but not in a good way. Now, the page (sometimes) begins to display, but then blanks out to white for several seconds, before finally displaying properly.
Setting the preloader color to “transparent” does not appear to have any effect.
How can I get rid of this feature?

Of course, the page preloader can be disabled from the theme panel completely, but for some pages, it needs to be disabled from the meta boxes (as the metaboxes rewrite the theme options).

Somehow the email arrived in our spam folder, this is a reason why we are using mainly the Ticksy ticketing system.
Now, Seems that you don’t have the Purchase badge next to your username. This means we can’t verify you as a customer.
If you purchased the theme from another account it would be awesome to reach us from that particular account.
Send a ticket at https://themeslr.ticksy.com/. If you don’t know which one is the license key you can simply use the Login with envato. This will automatically get the key from your account, if you purchased the item from this account.

I inherited the site, it was installed by someone else. It looks like it’s licensed but I don’t know when, so it may have expired. I’m glad to renew it but I don’t see how.
Well, I figured out part of it; the site is SSL, and the URL to the Google Fonts API is hard-coded as http://fonts.googleapi.com in /wp-content/themes/politica/inc/custom-functions.header.php. That was throwing a mixed-content error for the stylesheet, which was causing the page to stop displaying until fully loaded.
I you inherited the site, most probably the theme was purchased from another account. You can talk with that person to provide access to the account or ask for the license key. You can only extend the support from the account where the purchase has been made.
You can always get a new license to access the support system.
Now, regarding the SSL, have you modified the function to run with https?

Yes, I changed it and it works now. But it’s a bug that should be fixed. It should probably always be https, or at least it should check whether we’re running under https to build the URL.
We’ll definitely check and make an update.

Why hasnt this been corrected yet and google fonts are still not ssl? Heck, just make start it with // instead of http or https.

Is it a Bug? is it a feature? After installing the latest update for this theme i cannot deactivate the “donate” button?! i mean the option is present in the settings but whether it’s switched to “Show” or “Don’t show” does not matter…..it’s showing…...not really satisfying….

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin bundled with your theme is outdated. Version 5.2.1 is installed (most be updated to v5.4.7)
I’ve Wordpress v4.9.5 and Politica theme v1.6 (17/Feb/2018) up to date, as well as all the other plugins.
When try to update I get “Error: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

I just updated the Politica theme on our WP install and it has returned the Breadcrumbs to showing on the page. The setting is turned off and I cannot find any way to get rid of it short of editing the files which I do not want to do.
Please tell me how to get rid of the breadcrumbs, they are huge and in the way and should not have been turned back on when the setting is off. This is some kind of bug with your theme maybe?

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin bundled with your theme is outdated and incompatible with the lastest version of wordpress, its breaking the page edits and we cannot even create new pages. Please HELP with how to move forward?

First of all seems that you are the first person to report this problem; most probably there is a bad configuration or JS Conflict.
Our developers will gladly take a look and come back back with a fix in hours. To do this we will need your Wordpress admin login + FTP and also your website url where the theme is installed. Please update the ticket (https://themeslr.ticksy.com/ticket/1456991 – I just made the ticket private to securely send the credentials) with these details in order to fix the problem
Regarding the outdated visual composer plugin. We do our best to update the theme with the latest version of all plugins in it; This update process needs to be approved be ThemeForest reviewers. This is why sometimes there is not the latest version into the theme.

....and it’s me again…...i think i found a bug – or am i using the theme wrong?
I placed a logo in the Headerbar

Top Left Corner “Triff Deine Wahl”) and it fits wonderfully 
if i check the page on a Tablet (ipad, chrome and safari) it still works: (see: https://www.agil.aero/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/error_fine_tablet.jpg )
but if i open the page with my iphone (chrome or safari) or Galaxy S8 (Chrome) the Logo is ALL there is: (See: https://www.agil.aero/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/error_mobile_large_logo.jpg )
any Ideas why the scaling works on tablet but not mobile??

Hi, quick question: I changes alle the Colors in the Theme according to my needs – there is just one part i can’t find the color Switch for.
if you create a Menu with a SUB Menu
e.g.
“Meet the Team” (Main Menu Entry)
——-> Office Team New York (sub entry 1)
——-> Office Team London (sub entry 2)
When hovering over “Meet the Team” the Submenu pops up – and this Submenu has a RED Line on top…..i looked throug every single Settings page – not one Colorswitch has any RED chosen…...so ? where does this color come from ?

I like your theme but got a bit confused. It seems your demo is showing a website built with the plugins you present under “Plugin integrations”. It is not clear though you offer them bundled with the theme. Are they included on the theme or you just show how the theme could be with some of those plugins if one buys them?

Hi, I’ve a few issues and I hope you can help ASAP:
- 1- You tell me your devs are working to release a quickfix update for this issue, but after a month we’ve nothing
2- Instagram shortcode does not work inside the widgets. I’ve added a Text Widget and copy shortcode you tell me into the content box: [tslr_instagram_feed number="6" tagname="themeslrpolitica" columns="col-md-4"]
3- Map Marker Setting does not open in order to place the marker on the map. It keep showing just “opening animated icon”
