I have imported the demo. The demo all works, it about when you click through to an individual post, it comes up as an all centered plain post page with no sidebar. I have to, in the backend, tick Enable Title Wrapper off and in sidebar area select Main Layout – Two columns right, Sidebar Right – Default, Heading Style – Style 1. What I want is for those setting to always automatically be selected, i don’t want to have to select all these settings each time I make a new post. Can that be automated or set as default or something?
We gave this option cuz many users want sidebars in some posts and no sidebar on othe posts. Anyway, the only solution to your problem is use this plugin and make duplicate of existing post: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/
This duplicator will pass sidebar settings to the new post.
That means I have to change the permalink every time… this is NOT an ok solution. Is there a way in the actual theme php files that I can edit to automatically give the options I want? I don’t care about best practices I just don’t want to have to do these options every time I do a post its absurd.

We made this using that font on photoshop. Download the font and make your own logo using online graphic editor. We’re not allowed to provide psd file of logo as we don’t have license for the fonts.

Can responsiveness be turned off? Im not sure when responsive themes became so cool but I dont understand putting so much effort into a website’s design all for it to pretty much be condensed and removed when used on mobile devices (which is where most of the traffic is viewed from). I also dont find any responsive theme flattering…it just blocks all elements into one ugly, long column and everything looks so huge on the mobile devices. I’d rather the full website show without users having to set it to manually load the desktop site in their browser. Our smart phones are smart enough now to load a full websites in all their pretty designs.
Perfect example of how I want my page to look is if you go to a website on your computer and then you right click+inspect element, then adjust it to iPad or iPad Pro resolution (i know safari or google chrome browsers can do this). iPad condenses most pages down to 2 columns if there’s more than 2, iPad Pro tends to showcase most websites like the full desktop mode.
If Responsiveness can be disabled, or at least be able to still have 2 columns, I will purchase the theme. I hate that with responsive themes, my sidebars elements get booted all the way to the bottom of the main column. They may be on the side bar, but they’re placed along side my primary content for a reason…not to be pushed to the bottom
Id rather my readers be able to view all my website elements and designs/columns just as on the web, then zoom (and sometimes you dont even have to zoom) for reading text. When i view blogs and websites, I find myself almost ALWAYS putting my phone in view desktop mode and I cannot for the life of me understand why so many themes do not have the option to turn off responsiveness

Themeforest doesn’t allow a theme to be non-responsive. They reject non-responsive themes. We wish more people dislike respinsiveness.

The previous theme I had was with 98 points
The content is the same as the previous theme. We have tried and even hired people to receive it, but the theme has many limitations on the settings needed to improve. I had understood that the theme was optimized for google.

because it is, but you can not understand the reason why on the previous site we had 98 points, using the cache and gzip plugins that we can not use anymore, because the template misconfigures!
We’re using same plugins. Our score is fine and having no problem. Many people misconfigure with cache plugins as that conflicts with their server setting (I gave a video on that). For example: If you use minification twice using two different plugins, site will break. Please do some A/B testing or try different cache plugins.
It does not make sense the problem to be on our server, since we used the plugins that gave us 98 points and now with this new theme they simply misconfigure the site.
