We help locate what’s causing this through our support forum. You can create a new post there. To speed up the process you can include wp-admin login info after creating your thread marked as a private reply. This way support will have all the information they need to do a troubleshoot.

The process to set a fullscreen post is very easy. First make sure you aren’t setting any static pages via wp-admin > Settings > Readings. Keep that section at default. Next choose any fullscreen post as homepage via theme options.

Direct link and Lightbox option links thumbnails both to lightbox and direct link – to the portfolio post represented by the thumbnail.

We checked your gallery and it looks like all the thumbnails have been linked with direct link and lightbox choice.

Portfolio thumbnails can be linked with:

a. Directly to the portfolio post
b. It can be linked to the lightbox only
c. It can be also displayed with both direct link and lightbox.
d. And it can also set with custom link to any link you prefer. External or internal links

Fullscreen videos will autoplay on non mobile devices. On mobiles fullscreen videos will require manual play as autoplay is disabled from browser level. This has been a standard since the introduction of modern browsers to mobiles. Likely a step due to expensive data bandwidth that can occur unintentionally on mobiles.

The vertical menu is a scrollable container. You can use the mouse wheel, trackpad or touch swipe to scroll the vertical menu to see the elements below if the screen is not tall enough. You can have as many menu items as you require.

You can set background colors to menu , both horizontal , vertical and responsive menu via theme options. You can also set page color and page background color or via page settings. There is also a global background color settings via theme options.

You can check some of the Video tutorials we have. And Help Guide you to see how the theme works.

Thank you. I don’t see how to scroll the vertical menu or the page. I tried it in Chrome and Safari (Mac).

I can scroll the main content area on interior pages but not the vertical menu. On the home page, there is no scrolling at all.

Fullscreen posts aren’t scrollable. The vertical menu in fullscreen is scrollable. You’ll need to scroll the menu , as in hover over the menu and scroll. It uses the browsers native container scroll ability without any scripts for this, which should work. Most likely you’re trying to scroll the fullscreen in order to scroll the vertical menu.
