I’m having an issue with the location showing up. I fill out both location and region but just says “anywhere”. Region field is set as a drop down menu. How can I get location to show up and make it easier for users?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
Looks like you Google Maps API key is not configured correctly. Kindly review your Google Maps API key. Make sure you set the “Key Restrictions” to “None: https://cloudup.com/cz_ukYTk0VH Also make sure you have the following 4 APIs enabled: https://cloudup.com/cVWOEVhqctc Now you can update the job and they will be properly geocoded.

Thanks
Looking at this theme, but we need to have unique questions on each job listing, is that possible? So Job A would have a set of questions on it’s application and Job B has it’s own set of questions, etc. Thanks!
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
Do you mean for the Application process? Unfortunately, that is not possible. The Application form is created by the Admin to be used for all jobs. There is no option to have multiple forms with different questions.
Hope this answers your question.

Hello, I am interested in this theme but I am wondering if you can import zip recruiter job into this theme. please note that i am not a programmer so i am looking for a solution that can help me out.
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today!
You can add the ZipRecruiter Integration to our theme. Allowing you to backfill your jobs using jobs from ZipRecruiter!
Hope this helps!

Hello ! Presale question : is it possible to list companies in the same way as users? And create profile pages (like for users) for companies ? Thanks !
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
Right now you can only display a list of Companies like in our demo: Company List. Where users can click a Company in order to view that particular Companies jobs.
Unfortunately, there is no actual Company profile page available with the theme. These pages would be what is available.
Hope this answers your question.

Too bad but thank you for your answer. I think it would be cool to add this feature. it would allow users to learn more about companies (which sector of activity, location, number of employees, ...) but it’s just an idea. Bye bye !
I created a ticket and havent gotten a response, can that be checked out?
Hello there, Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Sorry, we are usually away on weekends. I do see your ticket and will get back to you shortly.

Fernando
Oh my bad, Thank you
Not a problem!
Greetings Fernando,
Is it possible to create sub categories and give these categories there own page. We are currently looking for more advanced filtering capabilities for one of our clients. As such we are currently exploring if Jobify is the correct theme to purchase for the client.
Thank you for your time. HKBO development
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
You can create Categories and Sub Categories from the Job Categories settings. The sub Categories will be displayed the same way as regular categories on the Category Archive Page. Returning Results if the corresponding jobs are assigned that Sub Category.
All Categories and Sub Categories will all be displayed on the same Category filter on the Results page.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi,
It is possible to display all the jobs as Featured Jobs are displayed, as cards?
Thank you!
Florin
Hey Florin,
Yes, this is possible. You will need to ensure all jobs are ‘Featured’ by editing them. They will all be placed on the Jobs Spotlight widget and have them displayed as Cards on that widget.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
hi, is it possible to make user pay for job posting? thanks.
Hello there,
Yes, it is possible with the WC Paid Listings plugin. Allowing you to Create Listing Packages.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi team. Happy New Year 2018. I have few questions : I would like to add ratings and reviews ? if that possible with the theme update version? If no, how do we add it? Also, I would like to make Offline payment, like cheque. Thank you.
Hi there,
Happy New Year to you also!
Unfortunately, Jobify does not have a Rating feature that integrates with Jobs or Candidates. This would need to be built at this time. Unfortunately, we do not have steps to implement this since we have not implemented this ourselves.
WooCommerce does allow users to pay with https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/cheque/. You will still need to follow the process to submit a job but not require to make the payment online.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
ok, thks.
By the way, Few more concerns 1) can I also change the form fields to submit job or apply for job? Can I also make Candidate pay before accessing job ?
Hey again,
The Submit Job form can be edited with the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
The Apply for Job form can be edited through the form plugin you have installed.
Charging users to view jobs can be possible with a plugin. You can look into using the WP Job Manager Packages
Hope this helps!

Hi there
Super theme, but is it possible to have a third role? (like candidate and employer?)
Hey there,
Hope you are doing well today!
By default, you only would need the 2 core roles. There are other roles to select from although they do not provide any built-in restrictions. You can create a new role using the Role Editor plugin and also edit the existing roles: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket.

Can you offer integration with linkedin? Many job portal let user connect with linkedin so their profile will be filled automatically.
Thanks
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
The Resume Manager plugin is what powers the Candidate profile creation process. The plugin does offer a way to import their Linked in Resume for when they Create a Candidate profile. See here.

For two/three days, my account automatically hangs due to numerous failed login attempts. It does not come from me and I do not understand how to fix it. 2nd problem, this is my administrator account that gets stuck. What can I do ?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
I would contact your web host and they can see what might be the issue. Jobify would not be the reason the Admin is not able to log in. If you want us to take a look, we can in our Support Channel!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Great theme. Can I charge companies for submitting posts to a site I build with Jobify? How do I do this exactly?
Can I also attach this to an existing theme for example mywebsite.com/jobs
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Using the WC Paid Listings Package you can create Listing Packages in order to charge users a fee to Submit Jobs. See our demo example here.
Unfortunately, you can’t Attach Jobify to another theme. You can only have one active theme at a time.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
I applied a candidate and employer role selector on my functions.php for role selector filed on the registration form and the role selector field not displaying.
Please help fix the problem.
Hey there,

Could you get in touch? I am interested in this template, but I am slightly confused as to which features are already included in the theme, and which can only be added via WP Job Manager? Could you clarify? Many thanks
Hello,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
If you look at our Classic Theme, this only uses Free plugins and no Premium plugins. This will illustrate which features come with the theme. These are the Free plugins used with Jobify Classic: What Paid Plugins Are Used on the Jobify Classic Demo
While our Extended uses Additional plugins which enhances and adds additional features. You can see a list here: What Paid Plugins Are Used on the Jobify Extended Demo
These premium plugins are not required as they add additional features not included in our Classic demo. Generally, any add-on listed on the WP Job Manager page will work. You can see a list here: http://jobify.astoundify.com/article/797-compatible-wp-job-manager-add-ons
Hope this answers your questions.

Does the theme have AMP support yet? (Accelerated Mobile Pages)
Hey there,
Hope you are doing well today!
At this time there is no official AMP support integrated into the theme. You can add it using a plugin should you wish.

is it possible to create menu anchors within the css? so a page can be turned into a scrolling one page?
anyone?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
Do you mean adding menu links that will link to different parts of the page? This is possible you will need to create a menu within the back-end that will link to the appropriate page class elements.
If you need assistance, kindly submit a support ticket and we will be happy to help you with this.
Kind Regards,
Fernando.
Will there be a future update that integrates visual composer?
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today.
At this time it is not a feature we are looking to integrate.
Hope this answers your question.

FOUND IT, Don’t need an answer – Forgive me! (It is 02:41am here…)
Hi, had the theme a while now with all the additional plugins etc, its great. I’ve implemented the salary option as seen here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-adding-a-salary-field-for-jobs/#doc-title
How can I change this from USD to GBP/£?
Thanks, Charlie
Hey, Charlie,
Glad to hear you were able to find how to change the currency used on your website.
