Hello. I am using an avada theme. I recently had a problem with my site. when upload post, i usually use my pictures in media library and uploaded at featured images. but, no pictures are shown in featured image.. I’ve checked it many times, but still. What should I do?

Please make sure you are not using any custom CSS to hide the featured images or the first featured image disable option is not enabled for you from Fusion Options, however if the issue persist please do open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

I have two licenses. How can I tell what licenses I have used I ant remember if i used one of my licenses or not because I still have 6 months of support. Who can I contact to answer this for me.

The date of 6 months license period starts from the date of theme purchase so you can simply check the and you will know which license you are using by looking into the remaining time in expiration.

Thats not what i mean. I bought 2 Avada licenses. Both show to have 6 months of support left. I just recently bought one license but i saw i had an older license with 6 months of support left as well I just dont know if I have used it for a site. I need two licenses for two different websites. I just dont know if i used the other license yet or not how can i check.
I don’t know if I used my old license or not.

Okay so you basically have 3 licenses in total and now you want to create 2 more sites and you are not sure if one of the old license was used somewhere or not? Well basically the rule is that you can only create 1 site with 1 Avada license so you can check how many of your sites are using Avada right now if you have 2 sites using Avada that means you have utilised both licenses and if not than you can use that license again, right now we can not check this from our end however if you can open a support ticket i will redirect it to our Support Manager who can look into this for you

How do you edit the line height of content boxes. I want the text and icons to be rather small, about 14px. I noticed on the front end the height for everything is 28px. How do I change that?

Hello, I would like to request a new feature to be added to the Fusion White Label Branding Plugin – I love this plugin very much! However, I do not see where the option is to modify or hide the “Fusion Branding – Welcome Page.” I found where to modify or hide the “Fusion Builder – Welcome Page” and the “Avada – Welcome Page” on the “Fusion Branding – Settings Page” and thought having the option to hide or modify the Fusion Branding Menu/Submenu would be a great thing. If you already this option somewhere, please let me know. Thank you.

So basically you want to remove the Fusion Branding with Fusion Branding label with Fusion Branding here? you can actually do that using custom CSS actually and remove anything you want

I would like to request a feature change. I love the global sidebar – 95% of my pages need the same sidebar. But there are a couple of pages that need a different one. I would like the ability to override the global sidebar on individual pages. As it is, we either have to use the same sidebar everywhere or update all of our pages individually (100’s of pages) just to select one or two unique sidebars.

I don’t understand why this theme is sooooo slow… Even after adding one image to the site it becomes incredibly slow and gets a 39/100 result in insights… Thinking already to change a theme just to finally get a decent speed on my site

With a score that low it is highly likely that your server does not have GZIP enabled, that is a must if you want to leverage performance at the server level and improve the speed with which your site is served or something else is at play that needs to be investigated. After a fresh and new installation of Avada theme, when i go to Theme options and hit menu, i cant see anyhting! The same with the Background tab. Its like CSS or JS error or conflict. Fresh Wordpress install and fresh Avada install without plugins

I have installed the “university” demo and my support has expired recently. But there are few minor bugs in the theme.
1. The heading font size for posts and events are not responsive. 2. While displaying portfolio items, the categories are not listed if an item of that particular category doesn’t appear in the first page.
And i was just thinking is it even possible to pullout the past events and displaying it separately?

1. Please make sure that you have the header responsive feature enabled from Avada > Theme Options > Responsive Tab
2. Make sure the number of posts assigned is greater than the posts in 1 single portfolio category or else the category will not be listed for you.
Pulling out past events will require you to create some kind of custom function or look for any 3rd party plugin / extension that can provide this feature.

You mean you want to have the Side Header and Top Header working all at same time? that will not be possible right now but you can have a top header working with either sidebar or a sliding bar as can be seen here in our demo => http://bit.ly/2FrG2Z0

Hi There! I own a site and have been using Avada since 3 years. We bought Avada over my employees account and my employee has quit the job a while ago. I handle the website issue now, My question: I got my Avada’s following register info 1. Theme forest user name 2. Theme forest purchase code 3. API key as they are saved in my dashboard.
When I try to update Avada from 3.9.3 to 5.4, these info are resetted from wordpress by Avada, and I am asked to re-enter Envato account, which I don’t have the pass (my old employee has, which we don’t talk anymore)
So I have created another envato account to write this. Now I am waiting for your valuable advise to solve this issue.
Is the above 3 info enough to get back to use licenced Avada?

So basically you do not have the access to the account which purchased Avada? you will be needing that account to get our updates since we have no proof of the purchase in this case, however i will suggest you to please contact our support manager by writing an email to support@theme-fusion.com and explaining the situation to them.

There is already an option inside WooCommerce where you can actually put a sale price, however if you are looking to display some kind of special discounted products you can simply create a new product category and put all the discounted products inside it and than display the products of that specific category using our WooCommerce shortcodes.

Hi there, I´ve just downloaded an updated copy of the theme from my downloads section, we´re looking to update our site completely, and want to include something similar to the layer slider on the Adventure demo so I wanted to play around with it to see if I can get it to do what we have in mind, I setup a test version but the slider isn´t there after demo import, is that normal? I don´t think it´s part of the download file with all sliders in a zip file. Please let me know how to add it in?
Never mind I was missing the zip archive on the server, after adding it and reimporting it´s there, sorry for the useless question/comment please remove.

I’m a bit confused on licensing for subdomains. I have a main website for a company and then the company wants to do subdomains for some services that they do to create a type of funnel. They need to buy a license for every subdomain even though it’s basically just a function of their own site?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.
