You need to use WPML plugin and in this case you can use unlimited languages. You sent me the link on all demos. Do you want to use classified?

When we use WPML plugin – it’s one site and each sentence has own strings for English and Khmer language. You have to add translations by yourself. You have to spend time to add your texts. You don’t need to translate all words. If you see some word you search it and translate. Also I have small article about how to translate any theme https://velikorodnov.ticksy.com/article/4038/

Based on the video above, all English (original language of the theme) text strings (text, menu text, head text, etc.) used on the whole website of WP theme will be stored in a file, and I need to download that file and translate each string to the relevant language (Khmer), and save it as another file and upload it to the server with editing the original language file? Does it work well without errors?

I don’t think we are on the same page. I may not say it explicitly; both languages are in the same root folder, but DE is in a sub-directory which is completely separated from EN language. That is the difference from your them.
You can ask ait-themes and they reply about folders

Hmm, I think Claim Listing is for someone to actually claim the listing as their own. I was looking for a Report Listing button. For example, someone posts drugs for sale that would be prohibited. The Report Listing button would notify Admin of the prohibited listing so they can remove the listing from the website.

Hi. In general the template looks nice, but i need the possibility of complex overview pages / descriptions. In the demo, each listing has only text as description, while in case of some other similar purpose templates i saw listing pages with all kind of content in the overview tab, like video, opening hours, even menu in case of restaurant. As i see it, this could be done in 2 ways: video as embedd and other sections as shortcode. But the main questions till remains: does the listing editor allows rich content to be added (clips, images, tables etc)? Thanks

You have different methods of monetization. 1. You can make free listing submission and Paid submission (paid listing will be featured and verified for Claim listing). 2. You can make submission for all customers using Stripe. 3. You can earn money using Dokan or WCVendors plugin. 4. *It’s not included. You can buy membership plugin for Job Manager and sell access to your directory. 5. *It’s not included. You can buy plugin for Monthly paid subscription for Job Manager.
