I have built my website on The 7 Theme which version is 4.0 but currently am trying to upload woccommerce plugin and payment gateway but it’s sending me an error and shows my page blank. Please let me know that do I have to update the theme or purchase new one to use above plugins. If I purchased new theme and update it on my current site will this give me issues or it will be the same site as we have now. I am working in child theme.

Team Member set-up (http://organiccomm.com/vision/our-team/). I may end up just setting up a new page and doing this manually with Visual Composer, but did try to make the team component work. I checked off “resize images” and set size to 350×350 the first time to get all images unified, however, now that I decided to make them smaller, the system is defaulting to that size. 100% width is off. I’ve tried to change desired columns to achieve 4 rows vs 3 rows to trick the system. Unfortunately, nothing is working to REDUCE the size. I’ve uploaded 150×150 images and then asked to “preserve images proportions”, but they automatically are responsive and confirm to 100% width. Way to overwrite that default via CSS with your assistance? Something else I’ve missed. GRATEFUL for help!

please help.. My website is not scrolling on mouse wheel in chrome browser but it is scrolling in Internet Explorer. I have checked the Chorme setting it is fine. All the other website working fine. Love The7 theme! Already purchased 2 licenses for two projects. First project we had no problem importing in demo content using the “Pre-made Websites” module. 2nd time, didn’t fully work OR perhaps the interior pages of “Business One Page Website” don’t really import in. Possible to get assistance on acquiring the official layouts used for demo for (1) Services (2) Team members (3) any other sub-pages that might exist? Perhaps there is a separate XML file that we can use to import content in? Didn’t see in master folder. Of course, I could have missed. Grateful for help. AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. Great theme!

Help! I’m trying to update my home page, but when I go to edit the BANNER (after entering the new blog title, link, etc.), I cannot hit SAVE CHANGES. Instead, there’s a message saying “You are using outdated element, it is deprecated since version 5.2.1”

I last changed the site/home page on January 3, 2018 and all worked ok then. Seems like it has something to do with WPBakery Page Builder.

Wow, am I ever confused on your version numbering system…..A client, which was supposed to be managing their own site, just asked me to make sure all is updated. I take a look and see that they’re on version 7.2.3.13, so head here to discover the current version is 6.0.1. What??? I’m aware that you have previously abandoned a previous version and started fresh, and want to be sure that this has not happened again.

Please confirm the version situation, and where to find info on update path.
