Again the new update completely broke my theme… Affected the WYSIWG editor, Contact forms not working and RevSlider doesn’t work. This is getting ridiculous with each update.

the contact form on our site is not working – the emails are not being sent. We tried adding the contact form via the shortcode and it does not appear. We tried adding a different contact form and the template is not recognising the shortcode for that form either. When we make changes to the contact form via the contact plugin they are not appearing so the form is obviously not being managed via the Contact 7 plugin – where is the contact form being managed and how do we resolve the issue of plugin shortcodes not working with the theme?

It doesn’t require using shortcode to create contact form. Did you use 3rd party plugin for contact form?

ah I see – it is working now however why does the composer not accept plugin shortcodes?

Also how do we change the sender name on the email that is received by the admin? At the moment it says WordPress so I need to change this to the client name.

Great theme!

I’m running into an issue with the “Gallery Archive”. We’ve had galleries already, but very recently I added two. So, I created “Gallery 3”, a few days ago and then “Gallery 4” today. However, Gallery 4 always shows up before Gallery 3 on the Gallery Archive page.

How can I change this? I know some themes alter the order of things based on the respective publish date(s). But altering the publish dates for these two ‘new’ galleries does not change their order on the archive page. Any guidance would be appreciated. I’m hoping that I’m missing something simple.

I think the gallery-password doesn’t work correctly. When I enter the (correct) password the gallery doesn’t run, there’s always the text “password isn’t correct”.

Hi, there appears to be a problem with v4.0.1. The navigation disappeared from the top of the page and the rest of the layout was broken too. The website is running WordPress 4.8.1 on PHP 7.1

When I rolled back the theme to v3.9, everything went back to how it should have been. Can you confirm this is a bug you’re able to reproduce? After inspecting the DOM, all elements were being loaded in the HTML but failed to display on screen.

This was replicated on Mac OS and Windows machines respectively in different geographical locations.

It’s because there is not enough space to fit all your menu items and current logo size. So you have to reduce logo width or number of menu items.

If anyone reads this before buying – do not buy this theme. The QA process clearly doesn’t exist and they publish updates which will break your website (white screen of death)

That’s the reason software has an update… try to understand that. It’s the same for all themes sold here in this world.

My point is you didn’t QA it before you published it and broke 3400 people’s websites. That’s not good. And there’s nothing to stop you from doing it again.

It’s issue with PHP7 and at that time when v3.3 there is no PHP7. Then when PHP7 came out we checked and published an update.

It might broke for you since you didnt purchase from Themeforest so you couldnt download any updates. And that’s reason you are mad here.
