It appears this isn’t using bootstrap is that correct? Just a version of it hard coded in?
Hi! The Sigma’s design is custom-made and creative so we didn’t use the Bootstrap.
Wish I would have looked at that before buying it lol. Oh well, the template is still very well done 
. Definitely think it would be easy enough to put in bootstrap 4, especially for responsive reasons (struggled a bit modifying this and keeping the responsiveness). So I ended up porting the theme over to bootstrap 4. If you want my version in boot strap shoot me a message.
Might save a few people some time in the future .
Why in the world doesn’t the navbar adjust? limited to 4 nav links else the whole theme breaks?
also how come title disappears when scrolling?

You should delete the .col-4 and .col-t-8 from menu and add .menu__item instead it. See the code:
