Hi,

is it possible to use the tiles, which was published in the older versions (http://webtoniq.com/admin/ui_tiles.html) in the newest 5.x Version? An example page would be great.

Thanks for your feedback.

Can you please clarify your requirement ? What functionaly are you referring that Demo 5 and Demo 7 does not have ? By right all demos have almost similar functionalities(primary menu, secondary menu, topbar, etc).

Mixing demos functionalities required major changes since each demo has its own JS/CSS to control its layout.

yea but all links on Demos lead to #page=inner which is empty, while demo #1 has forms, datatables, widgets, portlets, notifications, modals anything you might need.

Will you port all those to all the templates ? like you did in metronic 4.x in the past ?

Hi ,

Those links are dummy links. You can refer to the default demo and reuse any feature you use there for the rest of demos. The components and plugins are globally available for all demos. In the future we are planning to add 100 more new demos and repeating the entire pages for all demos is very hard to maintain.

No need to, here is the workaround:

The (id=”m_timepicker_X”) should be in the input and if you want to have the ‘la-clock in the input’, just add “input-group timepicker” to the class above the input.

Working example with configurations in the .js file. FrontEnd:

Actually, what I need is a header navigation bar clearly on top of the the sidebar, like in Demo 12. Do you know if we can easily tweak from an available demo get this done? Sorry, we can’t give any clear ETA at the moment. But we will do our best t release all pending demos soon and add more new demos in the near future.

Yes, Demo 2 can be used and you can try to customize it as per your requirements. The structure is quite close to Demo 12.

Thanks for your interest. Technically you can integrate Metronic with any framework or CMS. But the integration you referring is not available in the theme out of the box. You can use Metronic is UI template for your system but all the integration and business logic you will need to implement yourself with your server side language and datatabase. That’s wonderful…. Ok then I have one more question! I can see that in your template there is a google calendar (api) integrated with the help of fullcalendar. So, I would like to know the following a. Could we also use the “oauth2” for authentication? b. Does your template support Version v3 of Google calendar api?

1. Even after looking at your quick start guide (https://keenthemes.com/metronic/documentation.html) I have a question! if you could please let me know the flow of contents in the angular section\folder.

Currently I am using a cloned version of demo 2 (metronic_v5.0.7.1\angular\dist\demo\demo2) to quickly understood the flow\structure.

But sometimes I am facing a few issues (such as: Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token vendor.bundle.js:970 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token main.bundle.js:368 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token)),

could you please help me with this.

2. And I am not even able to do the above on demo3, .....demo7.

3. And I am not able to run any of the version on skeleton.

This is the Metronic Angular bootstrap flow:

The starter file is in index.html

1) /src/index.html 2) /src/app/app.component.ts

Main theme’s CSS and JS files are included in here: 3) /src/app/theme/theme.component.ts

Main routers list 4) /src/app/theme/theme-routing.module.ts

Base default layout: 5) /src/app/theme/pages/default/default.component.ts

Layout shared module is included in content page, and module routes 6) /src/app/theme/layouts/layout.module.ts 7) /src/app/theme/pages/default/index/index.module.ts /src/app/theme/pages/default/index/index.component.ts

Have you install the dependencies in the main tools folder. Need to run yarn and gulp as stated in the documentation.

Please check that you build the assets correctly in tools folder by using gulp.

Have you run the npm install and ng serve in the Angular project directory (metronic_v5.0.7.1\angular\dist\demo\demo2)?

And open in the browser localhost:4200

Yes, Metronic is a fully responsive theme and it’s compatible with all major desktop and mobile browsers. To integrate it with Google calendar you will need to do some integration coding since Google calendar integration is not provided out of the box. Overall you can surely adjust Metronic as per your requirements.

I have following div to show errors on a form:

<div id="errorDiv" class="m-alert m-alert--outline alert alert-danger alert-dismissible fade in hide" role="alert" />

Here the div keep the empty space in the form. When I remove the hide class and hide the div via jquery, the empty space is not taken in the form. Is this a normal behavior?

I would suggest you by default hide the alert DIV with inline css:

style="display: none;"

And show/hide it via jQuery.

Yes, you can use Metronic for any kind of application. But Metronic only provides you design and HTML templates the rest business logic(controlling computer databases, ect) you will need to code yourself.
