1) Read theme documentation about plugins update and plugins activation.
2) If you have problems with import of demo content make sure that file_get_contents() function is enabled in the server configuration. If yes, then create the topic on our Support Forum, provide admin panel access and tell us what version you want to import.

oh ..ok ..how can i delete all those dummy? and reset imported dummy? coz i think my files now messed due to “imported ” too many times and activate it.. im unable to see the dummy theme ..totally new for website making..

If you want to start from scratch you need to clear database. In another case, some images could be messed up if you import dummy too many times.

Yes, you may implement something similar but you will need the additional plugin to get the multivendor website, for example WC Product Vendors (plugin does not come bundled with theme). Here you may check demo where this plugin is activated http://8theme.com/demo/xstore/jewellery/ but you can use this plugin with any version. For such marketplace I would draw your attention to Electronics or Animals versions.

Real product categories inherit the shop page layout and there is no option to change it individually. You may create the simple page and display products from category there but you won’t have the shop page toolbar (with sorting, pagination etc) and the shop sidebar because WC widgets do not work for the simple pages.

Hi, I’ve purchased your theme a few days ago. Due to some problem to sync with your theme and my hosting provider, I had to change my hosting service. I reinstalled my theme and WordPress over my new hosting service, when I try to activate the theme, I receive a warning telling me that “Theme reached activation limit”! But I was trying to use the theme on the same domain! Contacted the support, and it’s almost 24 hours and no one replied yet

I purchase this theme in 02/2017, but there is an issue in the Instagram-feed. I see other people has also this issue (https://www.8theme.com/topic/customizing-social-link/) Is this fix planned in a next update? PS: i update XStore 1h ago.

Version 4.15.1 includes this fix, so if you have already updated theme you need to wait when Instagram cache will be updated (ap. 2 hours). If after that you still have a problem contact us again and we’ll check.

Unfortunately, no, you were not doing the same. You may go to Theme Options, enable this type of layout http://prntscr.com/i0dx32 (as it was before I enabled the correct one) and check, these layouts are similar but different. So, were not any additional actions from our side. Seems you just misunderstand the very first answer from our support.
