First of all take backup of your whole project.

We have separately provided the assets/ folder for your CSS/JS changes.

Just Replace app-assets/ folder re-build it and you are good to go.

If you have made any changes to app-assets/ folder which is not recommended as per theme and in that case you need to compare and merger the changes.

As I have already stated, I have tried to renew support but it is charging me $437.50. If you made available the regular support rate for me, I would gladly have paid it last week. It is not available as an option. This is something that either you or Envato need to fix.

In the meantime, I asked you via the chat on your website and this forum for a little assistance, but you have been unwilling to provide it. Instead just telling me to renew support as if I hadn’t already told you what the problem was with renewal.

Regarding rating: I had initially rated your product 5 stars. In my frustration I brought it down to 1, then in a moment of kindness, I raised it back to 3. Support is pretty bad when it is not even accessible without paying an exorbitant rate.

As this dialogue about support continues, the sands continue to fall through the hourglass of time.

We understand your concern and never wants our clients to suffer. It’s just that we are sellers on envato and its their policy that you should have support renewed to get support from the seller.

Its not WordPress admin panel theme, its just HTML/CSS admin template which you can integrate in any back-end technologies like PHP, .NET.

Its is not installable in WordPress.

A3. We will include the customizer also in our next theme but it is for demo purpose. You can change as per your branding and all. If you provide it as features for your customer you need to maintain state of UI change selection state your self.
