I have sent you an email on the 19/01/18 and still have not had any response.
The demo nitro slider just doesn’t work. I have followed all the instructions provided.
Replicated Steps:
- Nitro Slider app is installed. - I have uploaded the demo nitro slider I require. (home-organic). - I can see the slider loads in the nitro slider app but not in the theme. - I have amended the tea revolution slider short code in the editor to be short code for home organic.
After replicating these steps multiple times I am still having no luck. Just a blank white link with the following:

Could you please provide me with a solution. If not a refund…

Hello, I just checked my email and I don’t see any your email on the 10/01/18. About the issue, you need active Basel theme and click INSTALL button again from Slider app and it will show. Plz try it and let me know

Hi absolutely love this theme. However, the some of the page templates will no longer load and just show a blank space now? FAQ and Contact pages still work but About me page doesn’t populate anything and if I try to create any new pages with any template all I get is blank space? Is there a known issue?
the only page templates that are working are Shortcode, Wishlist, FAQ, and Contact Us. All other templates do not populate. they were all working fine until now!
Sorry.. not to worry. It was my custom css code error. Everything is back to normal and working now

I need a regular gallery to display a series of before and after photos. Just a regular gallery like wordpress. Does this theme have one? I don’t really want a grid type gallery as these are not creative photos. I want to show progression from start to finish. Thank you

Yes, Oberlo is Shopify app and our theme working well with it, a lot of customers used Oberlo to import product to Shopify theme by using Basel

hello i just purchased this great theme. But when i tried installing the nitro slider i got an error “Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.We can’t connect to the server at https.”.. Basically its not loading therefore i ot errors.. Plz help
