In the Job Spotlight is possible set default image when employer not upload image?
Hi there,
You can use the same code in this article.
That should do the trick since it set a default featured image.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
thanks
add_filter( ‘listify_cover_image’, ‘custom_default_listify_cover_image’, 10, 2 );
listify_cover_image = jobify_cover_image ???
Hey again,
Sorry, I jumped the gun, but that will not work with the Jobify theme. My apologies for the confusion.
At this time the content-single-job-featured.php file will need to be modified to add your own default image if no featured image is added. If you need help with this, contact us through our Support Channel .
Kind Regards,
Fernando

Hi there,
By default, the WP Job Manager will display the RSS Fee this way. See here.
The theme or WP Job Manager do not have an option to change the feed output.
Hope this answers your question.
Fernando
Trying to access the mentioned feed URL I got this: TypeError: Failed to construct ‘URL’: Invalid URL
Hello Fernando,
What exactly will be included in the next theme update, beside the compatibility with WP Job Manager and WooCommerce?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
It is hard to say at this time. Besides the WooCommerce 3.3.0 compatibility, there will be a fix for the theme updater at this time.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
Am I missing updates to the theme and plugins somewhere. Woocomerce updates all the time, job manager updates now and again but no updates for the theme or plugins? Should I have ticked for an announcements newsletter or something?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
Right now we will be releasing a theme update soon since there was a new WooCommerce update. You will be notified when there is one and can update once it is available.
The current theme release 3.8.3 still works with the current versions of WP Job Manager and WooCommerce, using it, for now, will not affect your website.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
I It is possible to delete the button “read more” on the post blog page?
https://ibb.co/ervADmThanks !
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
You can try adding this CSS to Appearance>Customize>Additional CSS.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
How do you edit/change the layout of the individual job listing page (content area)? I need to remove some extra spacing. Thanks
Hey there!
It is great to hear from you and I hope you are doing well!
You can do so under Appearance>Customize>Jobs(Resumes)>Jobs where you can adjust the Jobs layout.
If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
I am starting a project with Jobify but noticed that when you edit or create an job listing, the native Wordpress tinymce editor used in the description allows you to link to pages, posts, and jobs on the site via the little settings gear icon. They can see everything. Will that be removed in a future version?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
This was an issue a while back but has been fixed by WP Job Manager. Now it should not allow regular users access to your full websites posts and links. See here.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi, I’m interested in buying the theme, but a query, can I eliminate the keywords option on the main page? http://take.ms/Ajk83
Hey there!
It is great to hear from you and I hope you are doing well!
There is no default setting, but using some CSS it can be possible to achieve.
Hope this answers your question.
Fernando
Hello,
Unfortunately it is not as easy and fast as described (5mins) in my opinion.. Theme expects more knowledge and experience to use it properly, for sure it’s better solution for developers not for amators. I sent You request for refund and I will be appreciate if You can accept it. Because for me it is not low cost taking into account that I cannot utilize it.
Best regards, Rafal Ordak
Hi there Ordak,
I did not see you submit a support ticket.
If you need assistance we will be happy to assist helping you set up your theme. If you are set on a theme refund please proceed through the proper channels to submit a request. One of our members will review it.
Let me know if I can assist further!
Fernando
Hi Fernando,
Thank You for answer. Unfortunately small assistant would be not enough. I thought that theme is easier to customize.
I sent request for refund, it is ID number 3067db59-d99d-4c1b-91f3-c65e60d7f522
Anyway thank You in advance for willingness. I will be appreciate If You can accept refund.
Regards, Rafal Ordak
Hello,
I’m still looking forward to Your reply regarding refund. Did You get my email?
Regards, Rafal Ordak
Yes, we have and we have reviewed it.
Sorry about that, Rafael.

Hi there,
I am interested in purchasing this theme, but I would like to know if the sign-up and login process has the username and password credentials built in?
Thanks!
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
Do you mean if the Login Remembers the user? There is the Remember me feature for when a user logs in. Also, you can have your browser autofill the user’s credentials if that is what you were asking.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Thanks for your quick reply Fernando-Astoundify
Just wanted to ensure that the register and login was secure, which functions like any other job sites. Should that be the case, I will make the purchase.
Thanks again!
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well again.
The Login and Registration are powered by WooCommerce. Ensuring everything is always up to date will ensure everything is secure!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Thanks Fernando, will make the purchase shortly
Hi! Is there a chance to see a demo-backend before purchase (basic version without premium plugins)? I would like to see how the editor works and how intuitive the system works. Thanks!
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today!
At this time we do not offer back-end access to our demos. If you have specific questions about the back-end I am happy to answer your questions!
If you have any additional questions let me know and I will be happy to answer them.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hello, Let say, I want to add woocommerce on this theme and start a classified ad site:
is it possible “easily” to show on front page and anywhere on the site an nearby list of product?
Per example, I dont want a related “product” based on similarity but a product list based on geo-localisation.
Also, is it possible to use the localization of the visitor with something similar of the Geolocation API in html 5
I understand theses options are not on the theme. but with some modification can I, or a good developer, make theses options available with few modifications ?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
I would not recommend Jobify for your project. Since Jobify is designed to be used as a Job board theme only.
You would be able to modify it and achieve your goals, but that might require a lot of work more than just a few.
You might want to look at our Listify theme which closely resembles what you might be after. It might still need work but It is meant to be used to create Listings/Classifieds.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi Fernando-Astoundify!,
1. Can adsense be set?
2. Can 300×250 ads be set? Current right sidebar is too narrow.
Thanks,
Hey there,
Ads can be placed on your website, but depending on how they are added you will need to adjust them to fit within the available areas the theme offers.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
If I buy your theme, could you provide the CSS to get a sidebar width 300px to fit my ads?
Thanks!
Thank you.
How much it costs with all the paid plugins?
Do you have a list of those plugins too?
Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out!
All Premium plugins are not mandatory to use. The theme will work without any Premium plugins as demonstrated in our Jobify Classic Demo.
Our Extended demo does use premium plugins. You can see a list of plugins used here: What Paid Plugins Are Used on the Jobify Extended Demo
Also, here is a list of compatible plugins with our theme: Compatible plugins.
Hope this answers your questions.
Fernando
Wow, that gets expensive… And most of them are your plugins…
This one is needed just for login? WooCommerce Social Login?
Like I mentioned these plugins are NOT required. They just add to the built-in features. The Social login plugin is just to allows users to Login with their social account on top of the already included FREE Login/Registration.
As an alternative we have released a free option for social login found here.
As mentioned the Premium plugins are just to enhance your website, they are not required.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
I know they are not required, but most probably without them, the functionality will not be enough to run a jobs website.
So almost $200… Thanks!
Hello,
Very nice theme !
I need your help. In the homepage i would like to be able to search by job region (dropdown list) instead of by location. When i click “Search by Region” in the settings the search bar located at the top of the homepage still displays the location field. Could you help me.
Thanks for your help,
Regards
Hey There,
Hope you are doing well today!
As long as you have the Region option enabled, the Region filter will replace the Location field. Just ensure your Regions have been added and linked to your jobs. That would be my suggestion at this time.
If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket and we can take a closer look.

Hey there,
Hope you are doing well today!
It looks like you are using the Feature Callout widget the widget has a setting to add specing between widget. You will need to uncheck this option to remove the spacing. You can edit your widget under Appearance>Widgets.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
Do you have built in auto share to FB / Twitter options yet for this theme? If not, what plugins have been working the best for that with your theme?
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
The Share feature is provided by Jetpack. Installing it will allow the Sharing option. If you do not want to use Jetpack and want strictly the sharing option, you can use this plugin which only provides the share module jetpack provides. Check out the https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack-sharing/.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
Hello and thank you. I meant AUTOMATICALLY posting to FB / Twitter not allowing users to share.
There is no option that automatically posts on Social media. There just is the share option users can do to share on social media.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hello. I am intrested on purchase the theme, but I’d like to know if both recruiter and candidate have their own admin panel. If they can manage contacts and so. Also if site admin can manage all those contacts. Thanks
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today!
The theme will by default only allow job submissions. Allowing employers to manage their jobs from the front-end job dashboard. If you integrate the Resume Manager plugin, candidates can submit their Resume profile and manage them on the Resume Dashboard.
The admin will be able to edit and manage all users, jobs, and Resumes.
Hope this answers your questions!
Fernando
I would like to know if its possible for candidates to pay and upgrade their regular resume to premium, and automatically get on home page rotation under “Featured Candidates” and have their resume at the top of the searches.
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
You can allow users to pay to have their Resumes featured if they purchased a Featured Resume Package. By default, there is no built-in option to ‘upgrade’ from a regular package to a featured one.
The only way to allow switching between packages is when using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin along with the WC Paid Listings plugin in order to Switch subscriptions.
If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket.

Fernando
Does the theme support being added to Google’s new enhanced Job Listings search?
Hello again!
Hope you are doing well once again!
Yes, the theme and WP Job Manager added support for Job Listings to come up on Google Job Search! See here.

Fernando
