Hello there, i’ve made a website with avada template. Everything seemed okay until i tried to migrate it manually. I imported the db and then changed all the localhost links to my websites. Have done it many times before with other templates… When i upload the files on the FTP and change the paths the site just doesnt seem to work, it seems on google chrome’s inspect it tries to reach some localhost path…any advise?

I have installed Avada Theme and once uploaded i am trying to upload plugin (as Avada requires the following plugins installed: Fusion Core and Fusion Builder.) then i am getting below error:
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Fusion Core is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
Please let me know how to activate the plugin.

It appears that you do not have the correct version of plugin somehow, in this case please remove the plugin files from wp-content / plugins folder and try to install the fresh copies using FTP method as mentioned here in #5 => http://bit.ly/2eahzvS

I have been buying Avada Templates as a template stock, but this is the first time I will use it. When I try to install Avada Classic Demo on localhost, it always fails. All settings I have adjusted.

Hello I have long purchased your theme but with the update from version 5.4 to 5.4.1 there are a number of anomalies. In fact, if I try to use “preview changes” I get 500 error, so if I click the “update” button I get 500 error. Also “Fusion builder” does not work properly even after the “Fusion Patcher”. Use PHP 7.2 How can the problem be solved?

- A 500 Internal Server error is related to either the servers WP Memory Limit that needs to be increased, or more than likely the update was not performed correctly and there could be a missing file. Recheck that you followed the update instructions as provided below:
- PHP 7+ is recommended for Avada and WordPress so you are fine at that level

Thanks for the reply. from the control the only anomaly seems that of the “PHP Time Limit” that from the system status is equal to 0 but from the file php.info the value is correct “max_input_time 180” what solution? Thanks for your collaboration

The limits are normal and you should have no such issues however the 500 internal server error can happen due to many reasons, if you are still seeing it please check your console once as well also for any possible hint towards where the error is coming from however in order for our support guys to check this out we will need you to please open a support ticket with us and we will immediately assist you with this query.

Well, you can use the VC plugin with Avada, you just need to disable the Fusion Builder, in the settings, first. The Fusion Builder is purpose built for Avada and we do advocate that it is faster and more intuitive to use. Furthermore, to assist performance you can disable any Elements you do not want to use, in the settings -> https://d.pr/i/LUs33S
We would never talk bad about other products and themes, but we stand by and advocate the fact that Avada and the Fusion Builder is all that you need and will want, once you start using it.

Mobile loading is actually very good in real time. When you use a speed test to view mobile scores, you have you take into consideration that any image, even optimized ones, will drop the score. Mobile speed tests do not like images at all. They have not taken into account the fact that mobile phones are now faster, cellular networks are now more reliable and offer minimum 3G if not 4g LTE. This does not mean your site is slow on mobile, only that it might report slower. For mobile the criteria they use for testing is entirely different and does not match real world usage like desktop will.
