Hi, recently the Product Categories are not displaying properly, the Parent Categories are displaying within the Sub-Categories and there seems to be duplicate Products showing as well.
Guys, don’t use the CSS fix provided by the author. Try my fix, put this code into Advanced >> Global Settings >> Footer Script <script> jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery(’.product-category.col’).hide(); }); </script>
Whatever you do, don’t try the “fix” proposed by Joss47 and others, to replace Woocommerce with an older version. In desperation I tried that and it completely broke my entire site to the point where I can’t even access my backups or anything – fatal error. It happened because other plugins/extensions that depend on woocommerce become fatally broken when you deactivate woocommerce and try to replace the files.
The “fix” rolled out by UX to add custom CSS and remove the categories does not work either. I still get the same problem. A slightly different version of that same code removes all categories completely, which doesn’t help either.
So there is still no fix, my job is in jeopardy, and I hope to this vendor has a team of skilled developers working around the clock until their update is released…considering the sales of this theme, the revenue supports such swift response.
It sure would be nice if there was a little collaboration between the top selling e-commerce theme which uses woocommerce, and the woocommerce team, so that I don’t know, maybe UX could get pre-release versions of the WC update and check for problems? There is a ton of money being made between these two systems, running tens of thousands or more commerce sites. For many people the site is their sole source of revenue, in a sea of competition. To be broken for several weekdays is very distressing.
Sorry guys just one more reply for those still struggling. The fix of replacing your updated WooCommerce installation with a previous version does work, HOWEVER, you want to make sure to deactivate and uninstall the other Woo extensions or Woo-dependent plugins before you do this. If you don’t, your site may become broken because of the relationship between the plugins.

1. The Prices (Regular and sale) are rendered using one shortcode, the Product Price shortcode [ux_product_price]
2. Using the Product tabs shortcode, you have the option to choose the sections style from the options. The shortcode should be something like this ux_product_tabs style=”sections” align=”center”]

Hello I have an issue, when I add a new categories and they doesnt showing on homepage. Only 2 category showing. I think problem with the Ux builder’s “product categories” element because all categories showing without problem on shop page. Please help
Edit: Ok I’m fixed the problem. Problem was with the empty categories. When I’m added a product they’re started showing :))

If I customise Header > Cart and set the cart style to ’Link Only’ it only applies to desktop. In mobile/tablet the off canvas menu is still enabled. Any idea how to fix?

Id like to remove animation on my Sticky Header. I want to keep it Sticky, but id like ti without any “fade” or “jumpdown” animation.
You told me that you do not have a setting for this, and that I will need to edit the theme files. I am OK to edit theme files but what and how exactly should I do it ?

Hello Envan,
The animations are defined in the flatsome.js file. You will need to edit this file to remove the animations.
Dear support, How and where do I resize the cart icon? I am using the latest theme. Also, is it possible to center the Main Menu in the header? I don’t seem to find any presets for that.

1. I’m afraid there is no setting for that, you will need a bit of CSS for this.
2. I’m afraid we do not have a preset for this, you can only have the menu centered if placed in the header bottom.

The customizer is working well for me. Please ensure that you are running Flatsome 3.4.3 and WordPress 4.9.2
My theme is 3.4.3 and using wordpress 4.9.2 too but none of the customization works. Even if I set hide prices on theme option – advanced setting, the prices are still showing.

We have a setting for this in Theme Options > Blog >Blog Post Single Layout and disable the Blog Author Box.

The plugins do not store any data and hence you are safe. You should have no problem rolling back to version 3.2.6
For all users with WooCommerce 3.3.0 and Flatsome having issues:
Delete WooCommerce 3.3.0, download the previous version here > https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases/tag/3.2.6
Next, upload it to your WordPress.
Wait for the Flatsome update and all will be ok

Could you roll back to WooCommerce 3.2.6 until a theme update is released.
same issue as others here, including mikesp2. Categories are all over the place and at least 30+ woocommerce theme files are out of date. Please release an update for new woocommerce version asap.

Remember to remove the CSS after the theme update is published.
doesn’t work. Also uncategorised category has re-appeared and there is no option to delete it. please release a patch asap.
@supradampit solution half-fixed the problem, however we actually want the categories to appear on root level menu items. Previously products did not appear – just the category images.
Any idea when update for WooCommerce 3.3 is out? Having issues with the categories.
